Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty decent phone! Overall I suppose I'm satisfied with this pixi theater... I love the big 6 inch screen, but I will be upgrading again soon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok features I needed a new phone but didn't know what kind and didn't want to spend a lot of this one pre owned, so far so good wish it did more, but for the price good deal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from so-so basic phone I replaced an Alcatel Idol 4 with this, and I have to confess I'm disappointed. I guess it isn't fair to expect a budget phone to compete with their flagship model, but the Pixi fails to measure up in some pretty significant ways. It is fine for most basic smartphone stuff, handles games alright and such, but it hangs up on apps where you type a lot, like Quora. You can keep typing but it only displays in spurts, which gets confusing after a while. I knew I was getting a less powerful processor and gpu, but I thought the big screen was worth it. I guess as long as your hopes aren't too high this is an alright phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Device This is way more than just a phone with it's large screen. As a DJ it's a must to have enough money to download music on the go and with cricket I was able to access my email and music while traveling in some of the most remote places. I not only have one but I bought a second and third for family and they love this phone... I couldn't be happier than you Alcatel and cricket wireless

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't recommend The size of device is ideal however the functionality is horrible. It forces closed on everything thing (web, apos, text) the camera periodically opens. In fact you can't open a text then respond because the response will not appear in the message box. Have owned 2wks didn't find out it was unreturnable until day 8. Sadly will need to purchase another device as customer service refused to help

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I have no problems with this product, so far. This is a huge phone, with a great screen!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PIECE OF JUNK This is a sad excuse for a phone. Lasted less than three weeks. Feedback and echos on all calls. Could not get Best Buy where I purchased it to honor warranty nor Alcatel to honor manufacturers warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh snap lol Oh snap ninja phone looks legit son but Alcatel phones are not that good so if you feel comfortable with throwing away money check out yet another Alcatel failure of a device

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never buy preowned Preowned phone never again, I liked the phone but it had too many problems. After over a week I had to take the phone back to cracker and purchase another phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Refurbished phone not as new. I purchased this phone because I had previously bought one brand new and loved it. I saw a great deal on this refurbished handset and decided to get it. First off, the battery has an issue. The battery in my old phone would drop about 7 % off the charger over night and would charge in just an hour and a half in a 2.1a charger. The refurb handset will drain about 17% overnight with the same setting as before(WiFi off, do not disturb) and the unit takes over 2.5 hours to charge on the same charger. Secondly, the return unit seems to have an issue processing, almost like it needs defragmentation. Its laggy and non responsive at times and I have only downloaded banking apps so I don't have games running in the fore or background. If you love a large screen this phone has it...but, buy brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big screen, user friendly. I honestly bought this phone because it was 99 cents. Now that I have it, I absolutely love the big theater screen and the phone is so easy to use. I've never had a phone so easy to set up. I have a Samsung Galaxy before this and it broke after only 7 months. I'd choose this phone over that one any day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the greatest Got three of these...1 in just a little over a week had to factory reset and still not right....The other two has issues of freezing and not working right..I would never buy these and battery life of the phone is bad too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy. The scree is big, the camera is shoty, the battery life sucks if you use the phone, I use Facebook 45 min and had to recharge, personally there is no wallpapers for texting you have to download a 3rd party blah, but if you need a big minutes phone this is it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so certified My first pixi theatre phone got cracked (my fault) I bought it new and I loved that phone! I had it for a year and never had issues with it. I liked the phone so much that I wanted another like it I couldn't find them new only certified pre-owned and let me tell you cricket must not certify them to well! Straight out the box the mic didn't work! Normally I would recommend this phone if buying it new! Stay away from the pre owned phones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice screen I upgraded two of my three phone on my account to the Alcatel Pixi Theatre. I am happy with phone size and picture quality but am very disappointed with data signal. Phone does not have good antena and have had nothing but speaker issues with both phones while in conversation on the phone. Battery life sucks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't let me give zero stars I have had this phone for 3 months and literally every functionality that it should have doesn't work anymore. won't connect to Bluetooth, won't connect to Wi-Fi, won't accept calls or texts, the sound doesn't work anymore. I have literally missed important messages from work and missed alarms because this phone is garbage. not even sure if I will stay with Cricket anymore if they can stand behind garbage like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Buy I bought this phone for one simple reason, I love the screen size. I have vision problems. I am in need of huge letters along with big size screen. But it's got more features that a person the go might like, watching movies. It's battery life is excellent even when watching videos or movies.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not too overly thrilled But this phone 2 weeks ago and have had problems ever since I have to now send it back to get a replacement

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Its ok My other phone had broke and while short on cash this phone was the best deal at only 20bucks I can't complain to much. However, this is a review... I like the size but that's about it... the speaker phone doesn't work. The camera sucks. If you record a video forget about sound. Its slow and freezes and the battery is awful....come pay day guess I'll be getting another phone yet again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Call issues, but tablet features are great Major sound issues with calls and technically complicated to set settings in so many places. If you want a small tablet it's great, if you need a great phone, pass this model up until they improve the phone function. I mostly wanted this to read books, use the Quell app and text, not make calls. So I am good; but I look forward to a better technical upgrade in this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gorillas Glass My A** I bought 3 about two weeks ago and my son dropped it and it broke the first time. I have had 99 cent phones last through several drops before braking. That was the main reason of purchase. Very disappointed. Also have to print label and return to shipper. Can't take to store. It's a crock! Battery life also stinks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought Two, I think their poo! The phone isn't a bad phone by any means, but its call quality drops even in the best spots in town. I am utterly and totally angered by the misleading "facts" on this phone. I bought two to start my life with Cricket and now both I and my Roommate are out of dough and stuck with a poorly made phone. What a shame.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was locked on receiving Ordered it on cricket online and when received it was still registered to previous owner so had to send it back its been four days and i still have not received any replacement and i am still being charged a monthly bill even though i have not received an operational phone! Horrible customer service!!!
Date published: 2018-01-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Bought thru cricket website. Received it three weeks ago, first thing the mic did not work so I had to buy a blue tooth headset. Now during phone calls it will turn off and reboot itself causing some of the buttons to not work so I would then have to do factory data reset. Very ticked off about this.
Date published: 2017-12-05
Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit slow, but works good! I got this a couple of weeks ago and it is a bit slow. The couple of complaints I have are that it is slower than I my iPhone 5s and it takes sometimes to cycle the cell off then on to reconnect to cell services after leaving wireless otherwise it is just fine especially for the price
