Rated 1 out of 5 by from Streak Phone Worthless piece, not able to hear unless i turn on speaker and speak directly into the mic. Lose call and all my calls are difficult to hear. This phone turns itself on and off. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this garbage to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my new Cricket Phone and Plan! I live on a tight budget. I can not afford fancy phones with big monthly bills. This little phone is very nice for my needs. The plan I picked does everything I need for a very reasonable monthly price. I am a happy customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy My GrandMax 2 phone battery died after 4 months of use. So I had to purchase a phone in the store since my favorite Samsung phone couldn't be used (with a different carrier). I was told that phone had to stay active for 6 months before I could transfer service with Cricket. What's even more frustrating is I had paid off my old phone and wasn't really wanting a different one again (not after the GrandMax2 incident). I ended up purchasing this Alcatel phone. Even as a marketer, I can say that the camera is not what is advertised. The camera is about as bad as trying to use a digital camera from the early 90's. I was told that the camera on this phone was even better than with the GrandMax2. Wrong! So many photos stay grainy, out of focus, bad lighting (even outside), etc. When on the phone, the speakerphone is so low (with the volume all the way up) that you can't hear the other caller. That's great of you want to pull a prank on your family and let them use your phone! The music and television apps are also extremely low. I've had other people test it and they too had the same conclusion. This phone is literally not that great. The phone doesn't recognise any memory cards I've tried. I Was this phone made on a Friday? It also stalls out after several hours of use. Pros: The phone is light and felt nice in my hands. Still, Of like to bring my other phone on board that I know has been in perfect working order. I did not like having to buy this phone along with the psying for a new SIM card when it could be just transferred.
