Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service I was with metro then went to boost and changed again due to dropped calls, no signal, poor Customer service. Once at cricket i ALWAYS have a signal and no dropped calls and the customer service has been excellent for me. Win! Win! Win! For me!! Thank you cricket wireless for delivering such a great service, features and products!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse phone ever pop up ads nearly Everytime you turn it on. WiFi disconnects spontaneously, the screen freezes, processes slow, can't make calls half the time, bad camera quality

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not even a phone. This is a rotten product: nothing works properly except all the nonsense added on. Phone service fails to accept incoming calls, except sporadically. Half the time when it accepts calls at all, it shunts directly to voice mail. Bluetooth turns itself on and off at ten second intervals, making it useless. If you want a little tablet computer, you can probably get a better one cheaper. If you want a phone, this doesn't even qualify.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great phone! So this was my first "smartphone" so i don't have any personal experience with any others altho I have been keeping up to date with them for some time due to my job. Before I bought this phone I did a lot of research and it seemed that this was my best bet for the price. Now at first it seems like there are some things that may be annoying or confusing but after extensive configuration this phone is Perfect. Firstly, I do not install any apps unless I NEED to and also try not to download any that contain ads. I've installed McAfee All Access - Total Protection on my phone and it helps A LOT! It not only has great antivirus options but also cleans my memory and storage plus i'm able to see what apps are running in the background and can turn them off. I really love this phone, takes some customization mostly through the options and be smart about the apps you download but for $50 I havn't seen a better one. LG is one of my favorite brands for the past several years and again, they do not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sufficient in Every Category I’ve had this phone for just about three weeks and so far it’s been great. Let me say, if you’re looking for a high grade, top processing phone that provides ever technical service you’d need to live your life then this phone will fall short. However, it does the job and it does the job well. The phone is fast, easy to use, and most importantly, allows you to accomplish calling, texting, and emailing comfortably. The sound is quality, the buttons are a good size, and for the price is a miraculous piece of equipment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cricket Customer Service is HORRIBLE When I say horrible I mean HORRIBLE. I tried buying this phone and pulling my number over to them. Customer service messed up my transfer and then they told me my card purchase was fraud! After reaching someone higher up, they then explained to me that the issue was that the last rep canceled my phone number transfer. So even though they charged my card, they would have to cancel the entire order and have me pay again. They ran me off. I'll never come back. I ended up getting service with Xfinity mobile. Better service and I got a better phone out of it. If you are thinking about using Cricket be warned. They don't care about their customers. As long as you pay they are good, customer service, it will never improve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth Processor! I bought this LG Fortune and did not know what to expect. However, it has been a quality product. I would definitely purchase this if you like good voice quality and smooth processing of apps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Peace of garbage Oh yeah, LG fortune is a nb 1 smarphone on sale in cricket and now I know why. Because pretty much every time I receive a phone call, I am ready to throw this peace of electronics into the wall. You have to press the botton ON THE BACK of the phone maybe 5 times so you eventually see who is calling and then maybe 2-3 times to touch the screen so you can actually say HELLO.If you are lucky, people will hear your voice, but in most cases no, and you better always use headsets. Texting is horrible, scrolling on facebook is also a catastrophe, don't be surprised if you will "like" some page you actually never heard off... Anyhow, keep in mind the sales strategies and do your homework before purchase iphone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid entry level smart phone This is my wife's first smart phone. She clung tenaciously to her old Samsung net 10 dumb phone, until it gave up the ghost. She agreed to have her number ported over to Cricket wireless and got this phone for free. Our local Cricket store set up the new phone. My wife has had the phone for a few weeks and really likes it. Not the fastest or best screen resolution but it will meet all of her needs. Hopefully it will be durable. I have had BYO with Cricket for the past 4 years and got my daughter to Port over her iPhone. We are all pleased with the value Cricket wireless provide s.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hated It My old phone got flooded and I had to buy a new one ASAP. I decided to buy this cricket phone since I already had cricket service. The phone has very poor connection and caused me to lose a client! They couldn't hear me and this happened time and time again. Storage is about half what is advertised and the battery does not hold a charge. This was my first and last time buying a cricket phone as I see the quality is not worth the trouble. There's a lot more I don't like but they wont let me list it here so be warned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone This phone has a better sound when talking to someone than my LG3 phone had. You can hear the clean sound it has. This phone has everything I need for every day use. Battery life is great. Easy to use. 5 star rating for a phone that won't break the bank. Very fast. Takes good pictures...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does the job great! Now I got this phone three days ago and i have to say im really surprised with how well it works. I went from zmax pro to the lg fortune, which is a big step down. With saying that im glad i did! I have never had a phone with this great of battery life, good camera, and just all around easy to use phone as this. A lot of the bad reviews just focus on it is free and not the top of the line phone, but that is not always need. Really glad i got this one!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what I need I knew this phone didn't have the memory or cpu speed of my previous, but it it was a very affordable phone that included an upgrade in modern features and operating system.. Basically it does what I need it to do, which is text, make calls, google driving app and internet browsing. It feels well built. I honestly can't see a difference in video quality between 480 and 960. Yeah, it's a bit slower but I don't need things to pop up or start at an instance. That's just me. For the price, I am very satisfied. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'd give it a zero if I could This is a terrible phone. It's the first time I'd ever heard of a phone with internal pop up ads; goes to show how cheap it is. I've only had it a few months and I have to reboot the phone at least once a day in order to get it to work. It disconnects from WiFi spontaneously and will not connect to internet the majority of the time without it. I can't tell you how many times I've been out, locally it in another city, using maps and it either doesn't connect at all, connection is botchy so you end up with constantly changing directions or it just quits in route.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a durable phone I brought the LG Fortune 2 week ago. The phone case is slippy, not easy to grab tight while pressing the button at the back. As a result it is easy to drop from your hand. Finally I dropped it from about 4 feet height. The phone display was damaged. Not only there are cracks. Hundred of horizontal lines are flashing on screen and some of the lines are missing. You cannot read any info on screen any more. I have to buy a new one but not a LG phone.
