Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a bad phone First of all this isnt a flag ship phone. And it doesn't claim to be. Your not gonna get top of the line performance. But this device will get you through, i personally like it because ita design doesnt look to cheap and the screen size is decent. Overall good for the money. As a side note This phone and the LG risio 2 are basically the same phone. Ive owned that one too. Good performance.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but a little slow and buggy with some flaws Decent, reasonably-priced, entry-level smart phone with good battery life that does what I need it to but processor is a little slow (sometimes cannot keep up with my typing, backwards delete takes forever). Occasionally crashes/freezes, requiring battery disconnect and reconnect or paper clip insertion into reset hole (why?) Camera is average. Lack of message alert light is annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Smartphone I had an LG Escape and the screen broke so I picked up the Fortune thinking it would be comparable. Even though it is a newer model, it is not as nice as the Edge. The camera is really sad in regards to quality. It does not have a lot of storage space. It looks very plan and won't win any awards for ergonomics. But it hasn't crashed on me and for the money, it gets the job done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good diplay and fluid phone This phone has a good bright display, you can easily use it in sun light. Out of the box applications and games work fine but you can't keep installing other applications and expect this to work seamlessly without any lag or slowness. It does have expandable storage which is great if you like to store things on your phone. The camera is only 5megapixel and sort of VGA in front. It does have some good options to make changes in the way to want to take a photo but the resolution is only good enough that the phone screen as soon as you use it on a computer or another bigger screen you will notice plenty of issues. But again for a low-end price phone having all sorts of features including front and back camera it's good enough. Charger is not universal somehow. You can use any other charger to charge the phone but the charger which comes with this phone is very basic and does not charge other phones easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great phone I got this phone like 2 weeks ago. The key board sucks. My space button doesnt work half the time. This phone will go blank in middle of text or on web. So far not impressed...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible battery gets extremely hot I bought this one week ago,I didn't use it right away, drops calls with every call, even with 3 bars. This is worst phone I've ever had! Now I can barely answer the phone, thinking touch screen is messing up as well, ive lost calls because unable to answer, touch screen won't work,no battery life at all!! Pretty sure I got a defective phone.I strongly advise not getting this phone!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No mobile service on my phone I never had any problems with phones like I have had with that especially with trying to get a replacement phone I am having to wait until I get my disability check next month just to process the claim on my phone. The manager at the local Cricket Store loaned me another phone which is Samsung galaxy Amp prime until I can process my claim and get the replacement LG Fortune.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Cricket is wholly owned by AT&T and was switched to a GSM Phone from CDMA. Cricket uses a network aio and have no clue about that. All I know it's that you cannot use the AT&T network with a Cricket phone. It isn't even available. This phone gets no signal anywhere and there does not appear to be a way to get a signal other then to continually reset the network. Don't buy

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great!. after switching from metro this was a affordable phone. after using it for a few days you catch on to the little things about the phone. the response from typing is delayed, phone takes forever to charge, and sometimes the screen even freezes. if your switching from a different company your better off taking advantage of the promos and paying for a higher end phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I bought this phone on Thanksgiving, from the website. It works for me. Camera mp are lacking and indoor shots are a bit grainy. I come from a Samsung Galaxy 5. I still use my Samsung for my netflix downloads and podcast downloads. This phone does not have as much preinstalled apps as my Samsung does, which is a big plus for storage and battery power/stamina.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great memory for the price! Not the best phone I've had, but not the worst by far. I love the price and the memory doesn't get full like other low cost phones. Great phone for someone who surfs the web. The camera isn't the best, but not the worst either. The only feature I can say I don't like is, the battery. Takes forever to charge and battery dies quicker than the last phone I had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't buy another LG Fortune!!! I bought this phone about a month ago. Because we are not big phone users we weren't aware it wasn't working well until people started to tell us that their calls went right to voice mail. We can't make calls, receive calls, or texts from the house. Phone always feels hot. Battery drains down overnight. Too many popups every time phone is turned on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from a litttle disappointed I upgraded from a windows LG phone that after a Microsoft update left most of my apps useless. I like this phone I am older not tech savvy the only complaint I have is that it sometimes takes a very long time to send a text. I have tried turning off the wifi to text and sometimes works sometimes not. Never had this issue before.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from LG fortune I upgraded and got this phone 5 days ago. Cannot make it answer calls at home. It says I have no mobile network. Called customer service and they can't find anything wrong. I had a LG escape 3 and had no problems with service at home. Taking phone back tomorrow and trying something different. For my mom the same phone and she is having the same problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken and scratched screens 3 out of 4 lg fortunes we got had broken screens within 6 weeks and the fourth has numerous scratches on the screen. We have each had other phones for years without a scratch. Poor screens but ok performance for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate this phone I have had many LGs in the past. By far this is the worst LG I have ever brought. It was over heating since the day I got it. Now for some reason when I use my bluetooth with this device the person can hear me breaking in and out of the call and I can hear them clearly. Now for some reason my call waiting is not working and neither is my text tones

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them (I bought two) I bought two of these phones. One for my son and one for myself. My teenager love his phone.... and teens don't like anything. I really like the phone too though. Great battery life, screen size is good. Cases online aren't expensive (like at Amazon) and its easy to navigate. Buy the phone. My mother will soon have one. She liked ours. Its a plus.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I don't care for this phone The power button and volume button is on the back of the phone and I find it awkward to manipulate. It seems silly but if you accidently press 2 buttons at the same time, it activates other features. I want a different phone. Also, it doesn't take good pictures at all. Also, my battery doesn't last the full day and I hardly stream anything.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Phone works well overall I love the android operating system, and I've liked LG in the past over Samsung, but this phone is very light weight, and feels very delicate. I'm afraid I'm going to break it. Other than that it's a pretty great phone for the price! Just make sure you get a protective case, and I think anyone who loves android would love this phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Phone is ok but sound isn't all that Had a Cricket phone for a few months with only 8GB memory couldn't move much over to the SD card. Too much built in crapware. So we went with a 16GB so far so good. The sound quality is very tinny sounding. With volume at max its hard to hear person on the other end of the phone. Don't buy a phone with less than 16GB built in memory

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love/Hate Relationship I bought this phone almost a month ago, and I love the features, the look, the accessibility. I would give it 5 stars, but I have started to notice a few issues, the battery still lowers while I am using the phone even if it is plugged in (although it could just be a bad battery from the start), other than that this phone is great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weird network issues There are a few critical issues with this phone: First, when I connect to a wifi network, it frequently takes a few minutes to actually connect to the internet, which is annoying. This is on multiple wifi networks. Second, I live about 1000 feet from an AT&T tower (by ground distance), and only get 2/5 or 3/5 bars, even outsite.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent so far... Decent phone for price. Easy to use. Preloaded apps are okay, but some come with unwanted ads. Thin and lightweight, but difficult to grip surface (slides out of your hands or pocket too easily). Camera with selfie mode is pretty cool. Battery lasts about a day or so of constant use, but it does charge to 100% within a few hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good phone I am a loyal HTC One user, my last 4 phones were all HTC. After years of paying too much for service, I left Sprint and 'downgraded' to LG Fortune. But it is a good phone, I'm pleased with it. I kept my One for a few extra days thinking I might need it and afraid I wouldn't be able to let it go, but I did, and I feel free.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Power, battery charging sytem no good After one I got this phone, I noticed the battery don't charge or hold up the power long time. To get quickly charged , I have to turn off the phone. Also at 1.1 ghz rams , it's very slow and after one month, the phone started to freeze. The cricket store, wouldn't exchange or refund me. This phone is below the average.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good phone! So I have had my phone for about 2 weeks maybe 3 now. I have not had a single problem out of this phone. This phone works great! And I would def buy another one if this ever messed up or stopped working. This is the best phone that I have had out of all of my phones. I couldn't ask for a better product than what I have here!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone Hi, I have had the LG Fortune for a little over a week. So far it has been the best cell I have owned. It has so many features that are not overwhelming and the battery is long lasting. The phone itself is light and easy to text etc... I would definitely recommend this phone to family and friends. Happy Holidays....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT Such A Good Phone I bought this like three months ago, and already having problems. it freezes up, wont let me answer my calls. If I was in a horrible accident I'll out of luck trying to get a call through. and the worst part is, is overheats so bad that I cant even hold it or hold a long talk to anyone. Bad call for this phone.....
