Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst phone I've ever had I purchased this phone because I have an Apple6 and I wanted a inexpensive phone until I get a new battery for my IPHONE. However this is the worst phone I've ever had. I can't even take pictures because there is no space, I've tried getting rid of apps that I don't want, good luck with that. The update won't download because I have no space which is odd because I haven't downloaded anything. The phone freezes and I keep getting this page is unresponsive the only thing good about this phone is the battery is good. When my Apple battery finally is available I'm getting rid of this Piece of junk

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse Android Phone I've Ever Had! Had this phone for 4 months to replace my Samsung Galaxy S4 of 3 years since my S4 was dying and this was the worse android phone I've ever had! I can't even download all of my apps onto the phone, the apps can't update themselves because there is not enough memory space, and I can't take photos and view them because there is not enough memory space etc. Not only that, the WiFi connection on this phone has a mind of it's own because every time I turn off toe WiFi to conserve battery, the phone would turn the WiFi back on by itself which was super annoying!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk No storage factory apps take up so much space they cannot be. Updated

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Internal Memory sucks I bought 4 of these when I switched to cricket The phone suck it only has 8 GB internal memory and yes they give you a 32 GB SD card but a lot of apps can't be moved to the SD card so right now. I currently can not get any more apps on my phone with out deleting something and some of the apps that come on the phone you can't delete. Also the display sucks outside.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extra space in the SD isn't that helpful Very few apps can be installed on this phone. If you need to do the extreme basics then it does the job. The SD card is not a good substitute for internal memory. You can save videos and images on to it, which is nice, but all the apps need to be on the phone's hard drive. You want to do more than just email and web browsing? Get a phone with a larger hard drive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Basic Smart Phone I purchased this phone for my husband who simply calls, texts and uses the browser. He has about 2 apps which you could move them to the SD card. If you use apps Id recommend getting a 16 GB phone or larger. This phone has the ability to move apps to the SD card but not all apps are able to be moved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice I brought 2 of these for myself and my daughter we love ours phones./ Great features, fast internet connection, love the text backgrounds, easy to use, great performance. Battery life is wonderful! However, the storage is horrible even with the extra sim card. I had to delete most of my apps for more storage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good phone we like this phone (purchased four of them) only thing that is disappointing is the memory storage.I thought with the 32gb card it would be enough only to find out apps can't be downloaded on it only photos and music so the 8gb internal memory may not be enough if you use a lot of apps
Date published: 2018-03-11
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not enough onboard RAM!!! If you like to have more than 3 or 4 apps, do not buy this phone. The onboard RAM is only 8 GB, too small for use today. The included 32GB memory card will not help, as most apps will not install to a memory card.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible unless you're OK with no memory I thought this phone would be OK because it came with a 33GB SD card, but I was wrong! It's great if you can actually download apps to the card, but you can't. I went and bought a new phone after 3 days of having this one. No way!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like This Phone I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago and have found it to be a great phone. It is easy to use, and I did not have to read through a manual to be able to get everything set up. I really am enjoying it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed!! Very disappointed in performance and storage functions. Phone came with SD card but very few apps can be transferred to card. Actually using my old Grand Amp Prime phone with cracked screen instead!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Good, The Bad, and a Few Issues The Good: Great battery with fast charging, weighs significantly less than my old S4, 4.5" screen not much worse than my old 5.0" screen, and supports an SD card up to 128 Gig (S4 = 64 Gig). The Bad (includes issues): Setting up this phone was not a breeze. I tried activating it on my own but needed help from Cricket support. Once activated, I had problems being able to answer a call until I utilized a function that I recommend everyone else use: If you want to be able to use hot keys to answer and hang up, go to Settings and search for "answer", then click on "Answering and ending calls" and change the settings to "ON" for answering with the Home Key and hanging up with the power key. Also, the set up leads one to use a not so smart function related to Wi-Fi and BlueTooth. To keep the devise from switching back to Wi-Fi or BlueTooth after you've switched them off: Pull the utility window from the top of the screen and hold down the Wi-Fi key until another screen pops up. Now, tap "MORE" at the top right of the screen, then choose "Smart network switch" and set it to "Off". Setting up my emails took much of my time on this phone while there was no problem with my old phone. Also, after activating the phone, be sure to update the software before installing applications. I believe it gives you the option to do this (if Cricket hadn't already upgraded it to the latest version) when one pulls down the utility window from the top of the screen for the first time (if that doesn't direct you to an update of the OS, then contact Cricket to see if it is recommended to do so and how to do so). For a reasonably priced Samsung, this is definitely not the Samsung device of your dreams since it can take 2-3 days to work the bugs out of it (perhaps less now that I've supplied these tips).
