Rated 3 out of 5 by from DEAD I bought this phone as an upgrade to my ZTE Grand MAX 2 after that phone fell into the water. At the time of purchase last July, this phone was rated one of the best phones. I have had it for 7 months, and woke up today to find it is dead. I plugged it in to charge, as always, and when I woke up it won't turn on and the power button does absolutely nothing. Tried searching online for information, and it seems that there is no answer on how to fix this. I loved this phone right up until this morning. I will be going to the Cricket store in my area when they open to see if they can help, but I will most likely have to purchase another phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great hardware, terrible software The phone is great looking, screen is beautiful. Pictures aren't great but at the price that's to be be expected. What is really terrible though is 2 things. 1st Facebook videos do no play, google this issue you will find many others with the same issue. There is no fix. 2nd the phone randomly crashes and reboots itself. So you can be in the middle of a call/text and the screen will just go black and the phone will reboot. The real shame is that the physical phone is excellent it just spoiled by unreasonably bad software. I would advise you stay away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Videos Skip to the End In a rush after my Galaxy refused to turn on, I bought this phone because of its size and great screen. I'm on my 3rd day and have noticed that all videos whether it is FB or YouTube skips to the end! I goggled this and found so many people have the same problem. After years of iPhone then years of Galaxy...I can't deal with this issue. The price point is great but a no because of this issue. It also has some instances of freezing when trying to multitask too fast or the visual voicemail going black. Back to the Cricket store I go!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great at all. I switched to this thing from an LG style 2. There is something about the way this phone is designed to use memory, I have to CONSTANTLY clear my facebook cache in order to play videos on facebook. And if I'm listening to Pandora then attempt to switch to a YouTube or facebook video, the Pandora app starts freaking out and won't play music. Lastly, this thing does not play well with my car Bluetooth. My car has problems recognizing the tracks that are streaming from the phone, then if you try to advance tracks the car studders and stops playing music. I had none of these issues with the LG. I am gonna have to pay full price for a new stylist 2. But I will do so with a smile on my face he cause the zte is a horrible purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using the phone for work and fun I have been using this phone for 4 months now and have been pleased. I use it for work (email, calendar, texting) and personal (gaming, videos, podcasts, and music). I have not had any video issues but I mostly look a videos through google (or chrome) and not facebook. Battery life has been great. I very rarely need to charge in the middle/end of the day. Pictures could be a little better but the embedded software helps improve the cameras. Overall a great phone if a big screen and a big battery is what you are looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful phone Even though Ive seen nothing but bad reviews about other peoples experiences with this phone, I still went ahead and got it & I couldn't be happier with my decision. Absolutely everything about the phone is great. The camera isn't perfect but its good enough for me & I am quite picky. With the activation and insurance I paid one-ninety something which was nothing. If this phone was $400 it would still be worth it to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just wasted my money So disappointed. I bought it a month ago and it died completely in less than two weeks after felling off my hand when trying to put it in my pocket & slightly hit the floor on one of its edges. Despite that it was on an expensive doubled coated wallet, and nothing physical happened to the phone but just the shock of falling on the grand. That was the end of it till today. I blamed myself for ignoring bunch of negative reviews i read about it just to give it a trial because of the love I have for big screen phones. But my own case ended up to be the worst.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice phone but doesn't last and videos don't play. I used to love my phone until I woke up and found it dead. I had only had it 4 months. The videos do skip...Have to keep clearing browser so videos will play. I was able to use warranty to replace my phone but I've been noticing that this happens too often. My friends daughter has the same phone and shes had hers 1 month and has already died and needed to be replaced. I guess its good for the price. You do get what you pay for. I'm just glad I have insurance on it and warranty did send a replacement.
