Communicate in More Places with Wi-Fi Calling

You can communicate through calls and text messages over a Wi Fi network using Wi-Fi Calling. You'll need a Wi-Fi Calling capable device and an active Wi-Fi network. If cellular coverage is weak or unavailable your device will route calls and texts via Wi-Fi. For example, when in poor coverage areas or when your device is in airplane mode with Wi-Fi enabled.

Here's how you benefit from Wi-Fi Calling:

  • Easy and convenient setup and use
  • Increased network coverage
  • No app or new number needed to use

Wi-Fi Calling is currently available on select Cricket devices. If you currently have a Wi-Fi-capable device and a Cricket mobile number, Wi-Fi Calling is available to use. To set up Wi-Fi Calling, simply follow the instructions in your phone's settings. Your connection is automatic after initial setup. Wi-Fi Calling can be disabled at any time by toggling it off in your device settings.
