Text To Pay
Text to Pay is a free, easy way to pay your bill using the text messaging feature on your phone. If you have a monthly account, you'll receive a text message 1 day before your due date asking you if you want to pay your bill using a credit card, debit card, or checking account previously used to make a payment. Simply reply to the message with *PAY and the last four digits of the card/account you wish to use to pay your bill; it's that easy!
Example: *PAY 2468.
You must have already successfully made a payment using the credit card, debit card or checking account before you can pay using the Text to Pay service. Once you successfully make a payment, you will automatically be able to pay using the Text to Pay service.
We'll send you a text message after the payment has successfully completed. If there is a problem, we'll also let you know. If you don't use the correct format, we'll send you a text message with instructions on how to make a successful Text to Pay payment.
Also, you don't have to wait for the payment reminder message. At any time you can send *PAY and the last four digits of the card/account you wish to use to pay your bill to 5551 using your Cricket phone.
Although Cricket Broadband does support text messaging, Text to Pay is not supported. The best place to make a payment to your Broadband account is online on your My Account.
