With Group Save discounts, you can save up to $100 each month when you add eligible lines to your account.

Ordering More than One Line

If you are a new customer, you can order place an online order for up to five lines. Choose Group Save eligible plans with each line and watch your savings add up. If you need additional lines, you can add them one at a time (up to nine lines total per account) after you activate your service.

If you are a current Cricket customer who is adding a new line to your existing account, you can only order one line per transaction online. If you need additional lines, you can add them one at a time (up to nine lines total per account) after you activate service on your first new line. To add more than one line at a time, please visit your local Cricket store.

When you add a new line of service to an existing account in the middle of a billing cycle, you'll pay a full monthly payment for your new plan and any features. You'll get a prorated credit for the unused days of the first partial month at the start of the next billing cycle. Learn more about billing cycles

Other Restrictions

If you have recently upgraded to a new phone, you will need to activate the phone before adding a new line of service. You can upgrade your phone for an existing line of service at any time.

If your account is suspended or in BridgePay, you'll need to pay the full amount due before you can add a new line or service.

Accessing Accounts with Multiple Lines

If the original account holder provides the account PIN or the My Account username and password to others, they will have the ability to make account changes and access account information for all lines of service; including, but not limited to, Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), payment information, and profile information. You can turn on Account PIN security to limit certain account changes within My Account or the myCricket app.


  1. Sign in at My Account.

  2. On the Account Summary page, select Add a Line.

  3. On the next page you will see some information on adding a line. To start, choose Shop Devices, Bring Your Phone or Shop Plans.

  4. Add a device, a plan and any add-on features you want to your shopping cart.

  5. Complete the checkout process.

Note: You'll need your credit card and billing information from your current wireless company if you want to transfer a number to your new line.

  2. From the home screen, select Add a Line.
  3. You?ll see information on adding a line. To start, choose Shop Devices, Bring Your Phone or Shop Plans.
  4. Add a device, a plan and any add-on features you want to your shopping cart.
  5. Complete the checkout process.
