Need a few more days to pay your monthly service charge? No problem. BridgePay gives you the flexibility to break your monthly service into two service periods with two separate easy payments.

How It Works:

To activate BridgePay, make the first BridgePay payment at a Cricket Store or by calling 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538). Note you can only set up BridgePay when you are within seven days of the start of your billing cycle (before or after).

  • When payment is made, you will receive seven days of service.
  • Make the second BridgePay payment before the end of the seven-day period.
  • When the second BridgePay payment is made you will receive service for the rest of your billing cycle
  • If you don't make the second BridgePay payment before the seven days are up, your service will be suspended.
    • To reactivate your service, you will need to make a full monthly service payment, plus any applicable fees
    • Your new billing cycle will begin the day you pay to reactivate your service.
    • All future billing cycles will start on the same date each month, and your due date will be the day before. See examples
    • You have 60 days from the date we suspend your service for non-payment to reactivate your service and keep your wireless phone number(s).

How to Determine When Your Second BridgePay Payment is Due:

If your first BridgePay payment is:               
Then your second payment is due:     
BEFORE your monthly pay date

7 days from the monthly pay date

Example:
Your due date is May 4th. You make your first BridgePay payment on May 3rd.
Using May 5th as the first day of your new billing cycle, count forward seven days.
Your second payment is due by midnight CST on May 11th.

 

AFTER your monthly pay date

7 days after the first BridgePay Payment   

Example:
Your pay by date is May 4th. You make your first BridgePay payment on May 6th.
Using May 6th as the first day of your new billing cycle, count forward seven days.
Your second payment is due by midnight CST on May 12th.

Making a BridgePay Payment:

  • To use BridgePay, you'll need to pay a $5 BridgePay activation fee for a single-line account or a $10 BridgePay activation fee for multi-line accounts, plus the minimum payment due for each line on your account. 
  • The minimum payment amount depends on your rate plan:

Keep in Mind:

  • You can only set up BridgePay once per billing cycle.
  • You can't set up BridgePay if Auto Pay is on.
  • You can't set up BridgePay if you have a new line that hasn't been activated yet.
  • While your account is in BridgePay, you won't be able to complete the following tasks until you make your second payment:
    • Turn On/Off Auto Pay
    • Add a Line
    • Upgrade Device
    • Get a New SIM Card
    • Change Plans
    • Add/Change Features
  • If you don't make your second BridgePay payment within seven days, your service will be suspended. You'll need to pay your total for the next month to restore your service.*

*If your service is suspended and you do not pay to restore your service within 24 hours (one day), you will be charged a $5 Reactivation Fee for a single-line account. The Reactivation Fee is $10 for a multi-line account.
