If you recently upgraded your device, you'll need to reinstall the app - but don't worry, it's super simple. Just follow the steps below.

Follow these steps to start using Cricket Wi-Fi on your Android device:

  1. Download the Cricket Wi-Fi app.

  2. Turn on your phone's Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap the Cricket Wi-Fi icon to launch the app.

  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. On the first few screens, you'll learn a little about the app.

  6. Answer a few quick questions and then set up your home network. If you're not at home, you can skip this step and do it later.

  7. Decide how much high-speed data you want to save! You can always change this setting later.

  8. If you choose "a little," you'll only connect to hotspots that Cricket has seen before.
  9. If you choose "a lot," you'll connect to available hotspots Cricket has seen and not seen before.
  10. If you choose "none," you won't be connected to any hotspots.

 

 

 

  • When connected, you will see the Cricket Wi-Fi icon on the tool bar at the top of your phone.

    Follow these steps to start using Cricket Wi-Fi on your Apple or Windows device:

    1. Download the Cricket Wi-Fi app.

    2. Turn on your phone's Wi-Fi.
    3. Tap the Cricket Wi-Fi icon to launch the app.



    4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
    5. You'll see a list of Wi-Fi hotspots around you.



    6. You can also tap the map icon to see the same hotspots on a map.



    7. Decide which nearby hotspot you want to connect to.
    8. Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
    9. Choose the Wi-Fi hotspot.
