Can I return a phone that I have purchased with a Fortiva or YBUY Phone Payment Plan?

Yes, devices can be returned or exchanged in accordance with Cricket's return policy until November 29th, 2015. However, only equal exchanges for the same device can be done, if a different device is desired, the customer can return their PPP sale and then purchase a phone at the current sale price. A fee of up to $25 may apply. No returns and exchanges will be accepted after November 29th, 2015.

Can I add another phone to my Fortiva or YBUY Phone Payment Plan?

No. November 22nd, 2015 was the last day for phone sales on Fortiva or YBUY Phone Payment Plans. You can add a phone to your Cricket account by paying the advertised price plus sales tax.
