New Cricket Customers

If you are a new customer, you can place an online order for up to five lines. Choose Group Save eligible plans with each line and watch your savings add up. If you need more than five lines, you can add them one at a time (up to nine lines total per account) after you activate your service.

Existing Cricket Customers

If you are a current Cricket customer who is adding a new line to your existing account, you can only order one line per transaction online. If you need additional lines, you can add them one at a time (up to nine lines total per account) after you activate service on your first new line. To add more than one line at a time, please visit your local Cricket store.

How to Order Multiple Lines (New Customers Only)

New customers can order up to five lines of service in one transaction. Don't worry! You can continue to use your current phone service until you're ready to activate your Cricket service.

Here are some step-by-step instructions. As soon as you add something to your cart to start the process, we will guide you through these steps.

  1. First, select a new phone (or bring your own compatible, unlocked phone).
  2. Pick a monthly rate plan.
  3. Add features if you want them.
  4. Choose to keep your current phone number or get a new one. If you're bringing your number to Cricket, you'll complete the transfer process later.
  5. From the cart, select Add Another Line and repeat steps 1-4 for each line.
  6. Once your cart is complete, check out and wait for your order to arrive.
  7. When you receive your order, visit us again to activate your service.
