How to Bring Your Number to Cricket

You must have an active number to bring to Cricket. Your number transfer will occur once you receive your SIM and activate your service.

You will need to enter your current wireless account information at checkout including:  

  1. Account number 
  2. Number transfer PIN 
  3. Social Security Number (last 4 digits) 
  4. Billing ZIP code on account 

We'll use this to transfer your current phone number from your previous service provider to Cricket.

Note: Do not cancel your current wireless service yet.
