This program is funded by the Federal Government. Recently, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced the program will end, and the last fully funded month will be April 2024. Additionally, the FCC stopped accepting new applications and enrollment on February 8, 2024. Once the program ends, the ACP benefit will be removed from Customer accounts. Cricket will notify its ACP subscribers explaining the impact to their monthly service before the benefit is removed from their accounts.

Call Cricket Customer Support at (844) 246-8364 to de-enroll from the program. Your request will take effect within two business days after the request.
If you wish to transfer your benefit to Cricket Wireless, select the “transfer” option on the Cricket ACP Application Form. Once you submit it, we will initiate the transfer of your benefit for you. If successful, you will no longer receive the benefit with your current participating provider. The ACP rules allow one ACP benefit transfer per month, subject to certain exceptions. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Support at (844) 246-8364. If you believe that your ACP benefit has been transferred in error; please file a dispute with the Federal Communications Commission Consumer Complaint Center or 888-CALL-FCC (888-2255-322).
ACP customers need to use their service to continue to get the benefit. Customers will receive a notification when they do not use their service for 14 days and again at 30 days. If there is no usage as of day 45, the benefit will be removed, and the subscriber will get a final notification that they have lost the benefit.
Note: Network usage does not include Wi-Fi usage. If you lose your benefit, or your service ends, but you think you still qualify, re-apply here: Cricket ACP Application Form.
