John Dwyer, President

John leads the nationwide Cricket team in delivering the best combination of simplicity, reliability and value for no annual contract wireless customers. His team is committed to bringing Cricket's value proposition and great customer experience to more people wanting freedom from contracts and to earn the unwavering loyalty and satisfaction of our customers every day. 

John's most recent role has equipped him to continue delivering Cricket's core differentiator: the customer experience. Prior to serving as the face of Cricket, he was responsible for trailblazing the customer experience for AT&T Mobile and Business Solutions, energizing retail sales operations, ensuring sales effectiveness and innovating customer care. John previously held key customer service, sales and operations roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.

He is passionate about youth development and programs that take innovative approaches to emerging leadership. He is the chairman of Junior Achievement of Georgia and serves on the board of directors for Boy Scouts of Georgia.

John earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in finance at the University of Chicago.

A proud resident of Atlanta, John spends his time outside of the office with his wife and two children.

Tiffany Baehman, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Tiffany Baehman, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Tiffany Baehman is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cricket Wireless, an AT&T subsidiary and one of the fastest growing companies in prepaid wireless. As head of Cricket's marketing organization, she leads 95 professionals in delivering the company's advertising and promotions, product and device management, pricing, acquisition and retention, retail merchandising, and consumer insights.

Prior to Cricket, the 23-year wireless industry veteran of consumer marketing, sales and operations, served as AT&T's Vice President and General Manager - Liberty States Markets. In her role, she oversaw the sales and operations for more than 1,500 employees, 120 AT&T Retail locations, more than 385 National Retail partners and 148 Authorized Retail locations in Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. During her tenure she spearheaded initiatives to enhance the company's wireless network, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and improve workforce diversity.

Tiffany and her husband, Schuyler, live in Atlanta with their two children. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys family time and exercise. 

George Cleveland, Vice President - Channel Operations

George Cleveland, Vice President - Channel Operations

George Cleveland is Vice President of Channel Operations at Cricket. He is responsible for Cricket's sales operations, customer care, training and communications, distribution planning, national retail and the digital experience. Prior to his current role, George was assistant vice president of the AT&T Customer Solution Centers. George began his telecom career in 1996 as a senior accountant with BellSouth Cellular in Atlanta. From there, he progressed through several sales leadership roles within AT&T Mobility before assuming the role of regional sales operations director for Company Owned Retail supporting the South Central region. He then became executive director of AT&T University. George is a certified CPA and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Morehouse College.

Nataraj Rao, Vice President -  Business Operations and Strategy

Nataraj Rao, Vice President - Business Operations and Strategy

Nataraj was named VP Business Operations, an expanded position to the one he held at Aio Wireless since before its launch. Nataraj is responsible for business operations, supply chain, pricing, business development, and strategy. Previously, he was with AT&T's Corporate Strategy and Development, where he focused on wireless and cloud opportunities. Prior to joining AT&T, he was with Bain & Co., where he lead performance improvement, operations, pricing, and growth strategy projects. He also led a Global Product Management team at Alcatel Lucent. Nataraj has a BS degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Dave Fine, Vice President - Sales

Dave Fine, Vice President - Sales

Dave Fine is the Vice President of Sales for the new Cricket. Dave and his team will be responsible for executing new Cricket's growth strategy. Dave has been with AT&T for the past 18 years where he has served in many leadership roles throughout the AT&T Mobility business. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager for Cincinnati and Cleveland, Director of Sales for Ohio, Michigan and Southern California, Vice President and General Manager for Minnesota/Northern Plains and most recently Vice President and General Manager for Illinois, Wisconsin and NW Indiana. He is a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of the wireless marketplace. Dave is a native of Newark, N.J., a 14 year cancer survivor and graduate of DeVry University.

Mike Zimmerman, Finance

Mike Zimmerman, Finance

Mike Zimmerman currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Finance and is responsible for financial oversight of revenue and volumes for Cricket. Prior to this role Mike held numerous positions both in and out of Finance, including supporting AT&T Retail Sales and the Mobility Budget process as well as leading Roaming Strategy. A native of New Jersey, Mike attended Syracuse University and also spent six years in the United States Air Force.
