John leads the nationwide Cricket team in delivering the best combination of simplicity, reliability and value for no annual contract wireless customers. His team is committed to bringing Cricket's value proposition and great customer experience to more people wanting freedom from contracts and to earn the unwavering loyalty and satisfaction of our customers every day.
John's most recent role has equipped him to continue delivering Cricket's core differentiator: the customer experience. Prior to serving as the face of Cricket, he was responsible for trailblazing the customer experience for AT&T Mobile and Business Solutions, energizing retail sales operations, ensuring sales effectiveness and innovating customer care. John previously held key customer service, sales and operations roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.
He is passionate about youth development and programs that take innovative approaches to emerging leadership. He is the chairman of Junior Achievement of Georgia and serves on the board of directors for Boy Scouts of Georgia.
John earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in finance at the University of Chicago.
A proud resident of Atlanta, John spends his time outside of the office with his wife and two children.
