John Dwyer, President
John Dwyer is the president of AT&T's Prepaid Wireless Portfolio, consisting of Cricket Wireless and AT&T PREPAID
John oversees the AT&T prepaid portfolio with a passion and commitment to drive growth for the business and great value for our customers. Under his leadership, the teams focus on delivering consistent world class service, reliability and value for no annual contract wireless customers across the country. John also leads the brand's Believe Atlanta initiative, a multidimensional campaign that engages AT&T's employees in Atlanta and reinforces our commitment to the city.
Prior to leading the prepaid business, John led the customer experience effort for AT&T Mobile and Business Solutions. He also led the retail sales operations team, and served in several sales and customer service leadership roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.
He is passionate about youth development and programs that take innovative approaches to growing emerging leaders. He serves on the executive board of directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Buckhead Coalition. Dwyer also serves as the Friends of Scouting Chairman and sits on the board of the Boy Scouts Atlanta area council.
John earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in finance at the University of Chicago.
Tiffany Baehman, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Tiffany Baehman is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cricket Wireless, an AT&T subsidiary and one of the fastest growing companies in prepaid wireless. As head of Cricket's marketing organization, she leads 95 professionals in delivering the company's advertising and promotions, product and device management, pricing, acquisition and retention, retail merchandising, and consumer insights.
During this time she's overseen a company-wide brand redesign, award-winning ad campaigns, and innovative pricing plans. Prior to this role, the 25+ year wireless industry veteran served as AT&T's Vice President and General Manager – Liberty States Markets.
Dave Fine, Vice President, Sales and Distribution
Dave Fine is the Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Cricket Wireless. He leads the team responsible for executing sales growth strategy.
Under Dave’s leadership, Cricket has been recognized multiple times by a leading organization as the prepaid industry leader for wireless purchase experience.
During the 13th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, Dave won an award for National Sales Executive of the Year and his team earned recognition in the National Sales Team of the Year category.
Dave has held numerous leadership roles during his 23 years with AT&T. His previous roles include Area Sales Manager for Cincinnati and Cleveland, Director of Sales for Ohio, Michigan and Los Angeles, Vice President and General Manager for Minnesota/Northern Plains and the Great Lakes region.
Dave and his team are committed to the customers and communities that Cricket serves. As a cancer survivor, giving back through social responsibility and volunteerism is something he is passionate about. He has served on the board of the Angel Foundation, Minnesota Wild Foundation, Junior Achievement and Chicago Blackhawk Charities. Currently, Dave serves on the executive leadership committee for the American Heart Association and the board of directors for Atlanta’s Ronald McDonald House.
Matt Haymons, Vice President and CIO AT&T Prepaid Portfolio
Matt Haymons is Vice President and CIO of AT&T’s Prepaid Wireless Portfolio, which includes Cricket Wireless and AT&T PREPAID. He leads a team committed to improving the overall customer experience by delivering innovative technology and platform solutions aimed at simplifying the Sales and Care process.
Matt has been with AT&T since 1996 and most recently served as Vice President & CIO of the Mobility & Entertainment – Product Marketing Technology Solutions and Delivery team.
Matt has driven innovative product development and technology leadership for many of AT&T’s milestone products including the launch of Family Messaging, Tiered Data Pricing, Mobile Share, AT&T Next, Network QoS and the evolution of Integrated Offer frameworks supporting multi product sales and provisioning across the enterprise.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia and a Master’s of Business Administration from Mercer University.
Justin McNamara, Network
Justin McNamara leads Network & Engineering at Cricket Wireless. He is responsible for the entire Cricket network, including monitoring the overall performance, building the capacity needed for growth and designing, testing and delivering future network services from LTE to VOLTE and WiFi calling.
In 1994, Justin started with AT&T in Dublin, Ireland, and was one of the
original
Aio Wireless employees that lead the launch of the new company. Before
joining
Cricket, Justin has served many roles in AT&T from leading the design
and
evolution of mobile messaging to delivering the first set of AT&T
network APIs
for 3rd parties.
He currently holds over 100 patents in telecommunications and wireless.
Justin holds a (BSC) Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing and a Master (MSC) Degree in Neural Network from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Kristi Turner, Vice President, Channel Operations
Kristi Turner is Vice President of Channel Operations for Cricket Wireless and AT&T PREPAID. She leads the teams responsible for sales operations, training and communications, the digital experience for Cricket and customer care for both Cricket and AT&T PREPAID.
Since joining AT&T in 1993, Kristi has held positions in sales leadership, sales operations and wireless strategy. Most recently, Kristi served as Vice President and General Manager – Heartland States, AT&T Mobility, where she was responsible for ensuring customer experience, customer and revenue growth, operating income and churn goals were achieved in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.
Kristi holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Furman University and an MBA from University of Georgia's Terry School of Business.
