John Dwyer, President
John Dwyer is the president of AT&T's Prepaid Wireless Portfolio, consisting of Cricket Wireless and AT&T PREPAID, formerly known as GoPhone.
John oversees the AT&T prepaid portfolio with a passion and commitment to drive growth for the business and great value for our customers. Under his leadership, the teams focus on delivering consistent world class service, reliability and value for no annual contract wireless customers across the country.
Prior to leading the prepaid business, John led the customer experience effort for AT&T Mobile and Business Solutions. He also led the retail sales operations team, and served in several sales and customer service leadership roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless and Pacific Bell Mobile Services.
He is passionate about youth development and programs that take innovative approaches to growing emerging leaders. He serves on the executive board of directors for Junior Achievement of Georgia, and the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Georgia Aquarium, and the Buckhead Coalition. Dwyer also serves as the Boy Scouts Golden Eagle Chairman and sits on the board of the Boy Scouts Atlanta area council.
John earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin and a master's degree in finance at the University of Chicago.
Tiffany Baehman, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Tiffany Baehman is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Cricket Wireless, an AT&T subsidiary and one of the fastest growing companies in prepaid wireless. As head of Cricket's marketing organization, she leads 95 professionals in delivering the company's advertising and promotions, product and device management, pricing, acquisition and retention, retail merchandising, and consumer insights.
Prior to Cricket, the 23-year wireless industry veteran of consumer marketing, sales and operations, served as AT&T's Vice President and General Manager - Liberty States Markets. In her role, she oversaw the sales and operations for more than 1,500 employees, 120 AT&T Retail locations, more than 385 National Retail partners and 148 Authorized Retail locations in Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. During her tenure she spearheaded initiatives to enhance the company's wireless network, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and improve workforce diversity.
George Cleveland, Vice President - Channel Operations
George Cleveland is Vice President of Channel Operations at Cricket. He is responsible for Cricket's sales operations, customer care, training and communications, distribution planning, national retail and the digital experience. Prior to his current role, George was assistant vice president of the AT&T Customer Solution Centers. George began his telecom career in 1996 as a senior accountant with BellSouth Cellular in Atlanta. From there, he progressed through several sales leadership roles within AT&T Mobility before assuming the role of regional sales operations director for Company Owned Retail supporting the South Central region. He then became executive director of AT&T University. George is a certified CPA and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Morehouse College.
Nataraj Rao, Vice President - Business Operations and Strategy
Nataraj Rao is VP Business Operations, responsible for business operations, supply chain, pricing, business development, and strategy. Previously, he was with AT&T's Corporate Strategy and Development, where he focused on wireless and cloud opportunities. Prior to joining AT&T, he was with Bain & Co., where he lead performance improvement, operations, pricing, and growth strategy projects. He also led a Global Product Management team at Alcatel Lucent. Nataraj has a BS degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Darin Morrow, Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Darin Morrow is Chief Information Officer at Cricket. In his role, he leads a team of hundreds who work to continuously improve customers experience and prepare the IT structure for future competition.
Darin joined BellSouth Applied Technologies as a lead project engineer in April 1997. Over the past 20 years, he has led IT architecture in other AT&T business units including U-verse and the Unified Platform. He also established the end-to-end architecture for Aio Wireless, which later became Cricket Wireless. Darin was engaged in the merger integration efforts of Aio/Cricket and led the technical solutions integration for the DTV merger.
Before joining AT&T, Darin served in the US Air Force from 1983 to 1992 and worked as Department of Defense contractor. He retired as a Lt. Colonel from the US Air Force Reserves in 2012. He holds a Master's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University.
Dave Fine, Vice President - Sales
Dave Fine is the Vice President of Sales for the new Cricket. Dave and his team will be responsible for executing new Cricket's growth strategy. Dave has been with AT&T for the past 18 years where he has served in many leadership roles throughout the AT&T Mobility business. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager for Cincinnati and Cleveland, Director of Sales for Ohio, Michigan and Southern California, Vice President and General Manager for Minnesota/Northern Plains and most recently Vice President and General Manager for Illinois, Wisconsin and NW Indiana. He is a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of the wireless marketplace. Dave is a native of Newark, N.J., a 14 year cancer survivor and graduate of DeVry University.
Justin McNamara, Network
Justin McNamara leads Network & Engineering at Cricket Wireless. He is responsible for the entire Cricket network, including monitoring the overall performance, building the capacity needed for growth and designing, testing and delivering future network services from LTE to VOLTE and WiFi calling.
In 1994, Justin started with AT&T in Dublin, Ireland, and was one of the original
Aio Wireless employees that lead the launch of the new company. Before joining
Cricket, Justin has served many roles in AT&T from leading the design and
evolution of mobile messaging to delivering the first set of AT&T network APIs
for 3rd parties.
He currently holds over 100 patents in telecommunications and wireless.
Justin holds a (BSC) Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing and a Master (MSC) Degree in Neural Network from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
