Your current plan is not compatible with Mobile Hotspot.
To change your plan, please visit the myCricket app. There you can select $55 or $60 Unlimited plans which are compatible with Mobile Hotspot.
If you don't already have the myCricket app, you can download it using the link below.
Your current Unlimited plan does not allow the 10 GB Mobile Hotspot feature to be added here.
To add this feature, please visit the myCricket app to add the $10/month Mobile Hotspot feature.
You may also choose to upgrade to the $60 Unlimited plan which includes 15 GB of Mobile Hotspot data each month.

Connect your laptop or tablet to the internet while you are on the go.
Hotspot data speeds are the same as the underlying rate plan.
Phones from other carriers that are able to be used on our network may not be compatible with our Mobile Hotspot.
