By providing your debit or credit card information, you certify that you have the authority to authorize debits or charges to the payment card identified (the "Card") and you authorize Cricket and/or its agents to electronically debit or charge the Card in the total amount due for your Cricket service and any features added to your service two days before the due date for your payment, which is each month for customers on monthly plans and once every 3, 6, or 12 months for customers on 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans, respectively. If you are on the introductory $75 3-month plan for new customers and you enroll in Auto Pay, your plan will automatically renew at $120 every 3 months. Your authorization will remain in effect until you notify us by calling 1-800-274-2538 that you wish to revoke this authorization and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice. You may also turn Auto Pay "off" by accessing your account online or on your myCricket app. This authorization may also be terminated by your card issuer or Cricket.
Electronic Communication Consent: By clicking Agree as your electronic signature, you consent to receive notices as to your next payment amount and the upcoming date the funds will be debited/charged and other disclosures and communications (“Communications”) from Cricket in electronic form by Cricket sending text messages to your wireless number. In order to receive Communications electronically, you must have a wireless account and a functioning wireless device that can receive and retain text messages. You may withdraw your Electronic Communication Consent by calling or writing to us, but withdrawing your consent will result in your account being un-enrolled in AutoPay.
You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cricket Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service, including its provisions requiring dispute resolution by individual arbitration, available at cricketwireless.com/terms.
