How do I get the Unlimited Smartwatch Rate Plan?
The Unlimited Smartwatch Rate Plan will be added to your account and you will pay for your first month of service when you pair your smartwatch with your existing iPhone through the app.
Can I bring my smartwatch to Cricket?
Yes. You can bring the Apple Watch Series 4 or newer to Cricket. Check to see if your watch is compatible.
Do I have to be a Cricket customer to buy a watch plan?
Yes. You must be a Cricket customer and have an active iPhone on Cricket to add Apple Watch to your account.
Can I add my Apple Watch mid-payment cycle?
Yes. You’ll be charged the full $10 amount for your first month of service when you set up your watch in the app. On your next payment cycle, you’ll see a prorated amount for your Smartwatch Rate Plan.
Does my smartwatch qualify for Cricket Protect?
Your smartwatch qualifies for Cricket Protect when you buy it from Cricket Wireless.
