Short on time? Make a payment for your Cricket account, or someone else's Cricket account using Quick Pay.

It's simple! Select Quick Pay from the top navigation. You can pay with a credit, debit or Cricket Refill card. If you want to pay with multiple cards, you'll need to make separate payments.

How Payment are Applied:
When you use Quick Pay, the payment is applied to your account as a credit that can be used to pay your monthly service charges on your due date.

For Accounts with Multiple Lines:
Quick Pay payments are applied to the account overall, not toward a specific line. Multiple people can use Quick Pay to make one-time payments, but you can't apply a payment toward a specific line. If you share your Cricket account, make sure everyone pays on time to avoid service interruptions. If your account is not paid in full by 11:59 pm CST on your due date, all lines on your account will be suspended. 

How to Pay with a Credit or Debit Card:

  1. Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay. 
  2. Enter the amount you want to pay in the Your Payment field. 
  3. Enter your credit or debit card information. 
  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  5. Complete the CAPTCHA (just select the images that fall into the requested category).
  6. Review your payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
  7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment. 

 

How to Pay with a Cricket Refill Card:

  1. Enter the phone number for the account you want to pay. 
  2. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
  3. Enter your Refill Card number.
  4. Check the CAPTCHA box to confirm you are human.
  5. Select Validate.
  6. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
  7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.
