Cricket makes it super simple to never miss a payment. Just set up Auto Pay in My Account or the myCricket App, and we'll automatically charge your credit or debit card for your monthly or multi-month plan service total, plus any features you add.
Plus, you may be eligible for the $5 service credit on individual lines at the end of each monthly billing cycle! To receive the credit, your individual line must be active on a $40/month or higher voice-and-data plan. Simply Data and multi-month plans are excluded. Auto Pay credit not available with Group Save discounts, multiline discounts, or select promotional offers.
What is Auto Pay Credit?
Auto Pay Credit is a $5 monthly service credit for Cricket customers with one line of service enrolled in Auto Pay with an eligible rate plan. The credit is applied at the account level at the end of each month.
You must be enrolled in Auto Pay to receive the credit. As long as you keep Auto Pay turned on, you'll get the credit every month. It's that simple!

How Auto Pay Works
Auto Pay Payment Methods

- American Express
- Most Reloadable Prepaid Debit Cards that carry the Visa, MasterCard, and American Express logos are accepted for Auto Pay.
Note: At this time, Auto Pay payments can't be debited directly from your bank account.
*Gift Cards can't be used for Auto Pay.
Timing
- We'll charge your card two (2) days before your payment due date. Don't worry, we'll text you a reminder before your card is charged.
- We'll text you if we have any problems processing your card.
- Auto Pay will continue until you cancel it. You can cancel Auto Pay anytime in My Account, in the myCricket App, or by calling 611.
- If you're eligible for the Auto Pay credit, you'll need to enroll at least six (6) days before your payment due date to ensure you receive your credit before your payment is debited.
- You'll receive the credit starting with your next billing cycle if you turn Auto Pay on less than six (6) days before your due date.
- If you turn Auto Pay on less than two (2) days before your due date, you'll need to make a one-time payment for your current payment due. Your card will be charged starting with your next billing cycle payment.
Your Monthly Charges
Auto Pay will automatically charge the full amount due. Your amount due includes your rate plan and any features you add to your account. This amount won't change unless you change your plan or features, or if you have any existing credits, charges, or fees on your account. For accounts with multiple lines, this includes the plans and features for all lines of service on the account.
How to Set Up Auto Pay
Using My Account Online
- To turn Auto Pay ON, sign in to My Account.
- Enter your Cricket Account PIN (if applicable.
- Input your credit or debit card information.
- If you have an account with multiple lines, you'll need to select which line will get a text message if the credit or debit card expires.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Auto Pay ON.
- A confirmation screen will appear.
Using the myCricket App
- Open the myCricket App from your phone and sign in.
- Tap Account Summary.
- Tap Sign Up for Auto Pay.
- Enter your Cricket Account PIN (if applicable).
- Input your credit or debit card information.
- If you have an account with multiple lines, you'll need to select which line will get text messages regarding your Auto Pay. Agree to Terms and Conditions and tap Submit.
- A confirmation screen will appear.
Setting Up Auto Pay on Multiline Accounts
You can only use one credit or debit card for Auto Pay, so the card you use to set it up will be charged for the entire account's amount due each month. This includes the plans and features for all lines on your account.
Setting Up Auto Pay on Multi-Month Plans
You can set up Auto Pay on Multi-Month Plans, but your payment method will be charged every 3-months or 12-months, depending on whether you are on a 3-month or 12-month Multi-Month Plan. Just like with other plans, you will be charged two days before your payment due date for your plan, and we will send you a reminder before we charge your payment method.
Updating Your Card on File
When the credit or debit card you are using for Auto Pay nears its expiration, you will be notified via text message. To update the card information, or switch to a different credit or debit card, log into your account, visit Account Summary, and select Change Auto Pay Preferences. Alternately, you may select Payments from the menu, then scroll to the bottom and select Change Auto Pay Preferences. Follow the prompts to update your Auto Pay card.
If you do not update your card information before the card expires, you will need to make manual payments to avoid an interruption in service. Setting up Auto Pay helps keep your payments on track and your accounts active.How to Turn Off Auto Pay
