Terms

The Affordable Connectivity Program (also known as ACP) is a federal government program that reduces the cost of broadband service for qualifying households. ACP has conditions that require your consent. By selecting “I Agree” and typing your name below, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your ACP-Supported Service Explained. On this webform, you selected a new Cricket Wireless plan or have chosen to remain on your current Cricket plan, and you understand the standard monthly rate for the Cricket plan you selected, along with any applicable fees. After enrollment, you can find information about your selected plan in your online account at cricketwireless.com or via the myCricket app.
  2. Information We Are Required to Share with the Government. Cricket may transmit certain information about you, including but not limited to your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and last 4 digits of your social security number, and information regarding the benefit qualifying person, if applicable, to the federal government’s ACP Administrator National Lifeline Accountability Database to confirm eligibility and enroll you in the ACP benefit. Once enrolled, certain information about you or your account may be transmitted to the federal government’s ACP Administrator and/or the Federal Communications Commission related to participation in this program.
  3. You Only Get One ACP Benefit, but You are Free to Use it How you Choose. There is a maximum of one ACP monthly benefit per household regardless of provider and only one ACP benefit per account. You may apply the ACP benefit to any Cricket service that includes data under the same terms available to households that are not eligible for ACP. You can also obtain service supported by the ACP from any participating provider you choose. However, if you elect to move your benefit to another provider, you will no longer be eligible to receive an ACP monthly benefit on your current Cricket service.
  4. How You Might Lose Your Service or ACP Benefit. If your total charge for Cricket ACP-supported service after your benefit is applied is $0/mo., you must use your Cricket service at least once every 30 days. If you don’t use your service within 45 consecutive days, you will be de-enrolled from ACP, the monthly benefit will be removed from your account, and you will be charged the standard monthly rate for the plan in effect at that time. In the event you transfer the ACP benefit to another provider, you are de-enrolled from ACP, you fail to re-certify eligibility, when the ACP Administrator and/or Cricket believes you may not be eligible for the ACP benefit, you are no longer eligible for the benefit, or the ACP ends, then the benefit will be removed from your account and you will be charged the standard monthly rate for your current plan (without the program benefit), adjusted for the expiration of any promotions and subject to the Cricket general terms and conditions. Cricket reserves the right to remove the ACP monthly benefit at any time including for suspected fraudulent activities.
  5. About Your Wireless Service. You can change or cancel your Cricket service at any time without an early termination fee. If you are interested in learning about other Cricket plans, including plans that are $0/mo. after the ACP benefit is applied, you can find more information at cricketwireless.com/plans. Activation or use of Cricket service is subject to the Cricket Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service, available at cricketwireless.com/terms, which includes dispute resolution by individual arbitration.
  6. Need Help? If you are experiencing problems with your ACP benefit, please visit cricketwireless.com/acp or call us at the Cricket ACP Center (844-246-8364). You or anyone in your household has the option to file a complaint against Cricket (or any other participating ACP provider) via the Federal Communication Commission’s Consumer Complaint Center. Call 888-225-5322 or visit fcc.com/complaints to register a complaint.
