To see all charges and fees on your account, sign in to My Account or the myCricket app and go to the Account Summary tab.

  • If there is no "In Store" fee listed, then Cricket Company-Owned Stores and Authorized Retail Stores do not charge a fee for that transaction.

Activation Fee

Applies to both Cricket-purchased devices and devices that you bring to Cricket (BYOP).

 In Store: $25

 Online: $0

Device Upgrade Fee

A fee for upgrading to a new Cricket-purchased device. (Does not apply to service plan changes.)

 In Store: $25

 Online: $0

Reactivation Fee

Applies to payments received 2 - 29 days past your Cricket Pay Date. Pay within 24 hours to avoid this fee.


Reactivation Fee

Applies to payment received 30 - 59 days past your Cricket Pay Date. On the 60th day, account will be permanently canceled and can't be reactivated.


Device Return Fee    

A fee that may be applied when a device is returned. 

 In Store: Up to $25

 Online: $0

Accessory Restocking Fee

All accessory sales are final.


Number Change Fee

Applies if you're a current Cricket customer and you change your mobile number.


In-Store Payment Fee           

Applies to a monthly bill payment made in a Cricket Company-Owned Store or Authorized Retailer.


Authorized Payment Location Payment Fee           

Applies to a monthly bill payment made in an Authorized Payment Location such as Western Union or a convenience store kiosk.

 Varies by location; typically around $3

Support-Assisted Payment Fee

Applies when making payment over the phone with a Cricket Support Advocate.


BridgePay Activation Fee 

A fee for activating BridgePay. A minimum payment is also due for each line on your account and varies by rate plan.
