Hurrricane Matthew Updates

     

    UPDATE (10/10/16, 12:53pm ET): Overall, our network performed well during Hurricane Matthew. In Florida, wireless service has been restored to nearly all affected areas. Some customers may be experiencing issues with their wireless services in coastal areas in GA, NC and SC. Technicians were prepared for storm-related issues and are working to restore service to affected areas as quickly and safely as conditions allow. We are monitoring our network closely and will continue to coordinate with emergency management officials and local utility companies.

    UPDATE (10/8/16, 3:53pm ET): Overall, our networks in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas are performing well so far during Hurricane Matthew. Some customers may be experiencing issues with their wireless services in a limited number of areas along the coasts in FL, GA, NC and SC. Technicians have been preparing for storm-related issues and are working to restore service as quickly and safely as conditions allow. We are monitoring our network closely and will continue to coordinate with emergency management officials and local utility companies.
