Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent! I had an iPhone 5s and was so scared about switching when my phone broke and I knew I couldn't afford another one. I was impressed with this by the claims of an 8MP camera (no true, whatsoever) - but was pleasantly surprised with its performance and ease of use. Loud speaker for music, compatible with Amazon Prime, good for wifi, texting, and the basics. I've had trouble with file size - I can't send videos whatsoever, and the camera quality is equivalent to that of a potato, but it has good battery life and is an overall reliable phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone for teens and adults I bought this phone in October now it's December I honestly don't see why people are downing this phone. I only have to charge this phone twice a day (I'm a heavy phone user) theres some things I don't like so much) 1. No flash or flash light.) 2. You have to have another photo gallery just to sort your pictures by albums (I chose quickpic)) I really love how this has the newest emojis from the 6.0 update. There are many good about this phone than bad I hope you enjoy the phone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FAIR FOR THE PRICE I've owned all the Cricket Alcatel phones and have found that not every phone is going to be perfect. This Alcatel Streak is definitely fair for the price. I've had it for two days now and it's just like the other Alcatel phones but obviously smaller. The only thing I hate about this phone is it seems to have a slight delay when entering my pin to unlock the phone and because I'm naturally a fast typist, the keyboard can't seem to keep up with me, which is in my opinion part of the delay in the keyboard. The other thing that irritated me a bit is the fact that the upgrade fee is $25 which costs more than the phone itself. I've downloaded quite a few apps on my phone without the SD card and so far all is well. This is a good backup phone when you're in between phones like I am. I hope this helps anyone seeking a cheap backup phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for After breaking the screen on my other phone, i got this one as a temporary phone because i really needed one. camera quality is poor and after some time, my volume to watch videos stopped working, my ringer and ntifications sounds warped. Overall I got what I paid for...never again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Alcatel Streak was $19.99 and not worth it! when talking, it will automatically go into speaker mode or mute without you switching and the person your talking to always says sounds like your voice in going high to low and in a tunnel. te!xting takes a long time as it texts letters that you don't. camera not good at all. if you use the phone alot, you have to charge it more. i only got this phone because my phone died and i liked the price. well of course we all know, i got what i paid for.......although was informed it was a great phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst phone in the history of phones stay away 4 months it keeps getting worse. while you are calling it calls every one on your contact list repeatedly if you put it down it calls people if you play a game and happen to have a google play account it will buy the game. The electronics are faulty today i went to turn it off and would not power down instead into safe mode, it will turn off location on a whim it will turn apps like wifi on and off it will turn work apps on and off . it is total garbage. By the way yes I am older but have worked in computers since 1976 absolute garbage answering the phone is a hassle you have to swipe to answer many times then it goes to voice then you call then back in the mean time as your calling back the call you just missed it calls EVERYONE who ever called on your contact list or otherwise. Battery last about an hour gee it uses the power you need to do things you don't I need to revise my rating garbage is much to high a rating for this phone.
