Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what i expected from an LG phone This phone is actually about 4.3" screen theres a space bar for the toggles taking some screen space away . The phone is super laggy and sometime. Unresponsive. The battery was 49 percent out of the box when i set the phone up it drained down to 31 percent. Not good the phone also overheated several times during use it gets pretty warm.sound quality fair head phone jack on bottom by charging port, it has a nano sim card smaller then the micro sim i have been using so now i cannot use any of my other cricket phones i like to switch to different. Phones depending on my needs so now i have to buy a new sim card so i can use my other cricket phones best regards cricket nation !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great screen. Small battery life. Slow. Got this today to replace my Escape 3. Not enough space unless you are going to just use Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram. The screen looks extremely well for its low resolution (480p) and small size. The phone just can't keep up. Also theres only 3.7GB of the 8GB usable. The battery is too small and the processor can't run deezer and anything else at the same time. It can barely keep Facebook open in the background or any other apps. Swiched to Deezer to resart because it stopped playing and switched back to the browser to finish review and it reloaded the page. Unless you absolutely can't afford anything else, get the ZTE sonata 3!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok phone...i guess I bought this phone accepting the fact it might be cheap. Yeah...it heats up but what phone doesn't? I have two main gripes. 1. I get super delayed texts. People text me and sometimes I won't get it for at least two days after the fact. Or...I don't get it at all. Crazy! 2. It came pre-installed with Google apps I can't even delete...I don't use them! So I always run up against the space threshold all the time. Then I have to go to settings -> General -> storage and delete apps or data. I can't even save some apps to my SD card. This phone is ok for someone who doesn't need it for more than just basic functions and for someone uses it regularly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap all around Bought this to replace my broken Escape 3 and could not be more disappointed. The screen lags constantly, the processer can barely keep up with the web browser or Facebook, exits out of programs randomly; the storage space is a joke, most is used for the processor and it won't let u put everything on a SD. Battery life isn't terrible but I'm not a heavy user. Also, good luck trying to watch a movie with the screen sideways, the resolution is so bad it gives me a headache. Avoid your own headache and fork out a little more dough for the escape 3 or Stylo.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother This phone was a waste of time/money/sanity. Though I have to admit, auto-correct came up with some pretty hilarious things for me to say. It got to the point where I would just go ahead and send something like "Cab you pongee pick up done milk at the site in your way jobs?" (That's a real one by the way. Really...pongee???) It's like the touch screen is off by about an 1/8" with no way to recalibrate it. Took off the screen protector hoping that would help, but no luck. I've also collected several hundred pictures of the inside of my pocket. I've had it for about 6 months and it feels like forever. Finally broke down and rolled the dice on an upgrade today. (BigMoneyBigMoneyBigMoney-NoWhammies-STOP!) Save yourself the trouble and keep looking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't even use it! I purchased this phone, and it was a complete dud. I couldn't even use it! The microphone didn't work, so I could hear what was being said, but no one could hear me. It was okay for texting... at first. The phone lasted less than a month before it quit working completely! Wouldn't charge at all. Thankfully, Cricket replaced it. Hoping my replacement works better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Phone is Terrible! I bought this phone for my mother last year. The sound quality on this phone is terrible you can hardly talk on it or hear it ring. It's also too hard to text on it, because the letters are so small. The phone is also an ugly, dull, color and they're are hardly any cases for it. We've never been more disappointed with an LG phone.
