Rated 1 out of 5 by from Keep Looking I would recommend you keep looking, this phone is no good. I originally bought it little over a month ago because of the large screen.Three days after I purchased it would freeze, then restart it's self after a few minutes. It has happened about five times since I bought it. It had trouble playing music on it & getting on the internet, freezes up again. Don't bother with this phone, keep looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I just bought this phone couple days ago. My old phone was a Samsung Galaxy S5. zte is bigger and I have small hands and thought I was going to have problems with the size. But surprisingly, it fits nicely in my hand. I love the touch screen. I love everything about this phone so far. It's so easy to use which is good because I'm not very computer savvy. I would recommend this phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from read read read I have had many many brands of phones lg, alcatel, iphone etc. This phone is amazing. I thought the 5mp camera wouldnt be good but i took some selfies yesterday and it looks just like i took it with an iphone. The big screen is really nice and the speaker is out standing. I recommend this phone. It runs like a galaxy. Battery life is good too. It was inexpensive and im glad i got it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Phone Ever I had really high hopes for this phone, but it has really disappointed me. It is super slow, it restarts randomly, and freezes. Coming from a Verizon Contract with a 6s Plus, this phone is garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding phone I've had this phone a month now, I got the instructions off google,155 pages of them. The phone is super fast, Battery life is great, pictures are perfect. No problems at all watching videos, great readouts on the screen. Got a case from ZIZO from Amazon, fits perfect. Had the Samsung S-4 , this phone is just as fast. Sent myself a video off of u-tube got it 2 seconds, I so it's fast.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I enjoy the large screen, I have enjoyed this phone for over a year, but now it's starting to act up, the battery life is diminishing and the touch screen is acting up, looking into getting a different phone, I just use my phone regularly, it's becoming very slow, and I don't have a lot of apps downloaded, I clean them regularly!! So I guess for a having it over a year is OK but not great, do your homework.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Need more memory? This is your phone Being able to load a SD card and add it as phone memory is easily the best feature of this phone. The "dragon tail" glass is basically useless as mine arrived broken. I would suggest a tempered glass overlay as soon as you open the box. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if the Cricket customer service wasn't even worse; called and reported the phone broken within 3 days, was told the only thing they could do was give me a buyer's remorse return. Even though that wasn't the case, I accepted and mailed the phone back as instructed; they sent it back in the same broken condition with a rejection letter stating Cricket could not accept the return because the glass was cracked! The very reason for the return in the first place. Even swiping my SIM card in the process! So now I am stuck with this broken phone AND I had to buy ANOTHER SIM card for $10! So the phone gets a grade of B and Cricket gets an F

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality Was skeptical of purchasing this phone but the phone is as good as the user. I have an iPhone but decided to downsize due to expenses. So far this phone is user friendly, the camera is amazing and the appearance is acceptable. It does glitch but not sure if it is my connection or my reception. I am still working out the kinks and try 2nd to decide if this was a good choice or not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone best phone i have ever had I've had this phone for about a week now and I love it. The fingerprint scanner works great. The 6 inch screen is awesome with the full HD display. I upgraded to this phone from the LG stylo 2 and it's way better then the LG stylo 2 . It does not take long to charge with the fast charging USB c cable. I would most definitely 100 persent recommend this phone to anyone and everyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Video play And battery is horrible I bought this phone initially 4 months ago had problems with videos in Facebook most play but slot if them play a few seconds and go straight to the end of the video. Had to wait to do a manufacturers return because of crickets way of doing the return I did finally do it and received phone as promised 5 days later. The problem is I have the same facebook video issue no other phone I have had that problem. I got another phone to hold me overwhile waiting for my replacement although I didn't like the phone Itself facebook had no issues. Today I received the replacement and exactly the same issue. And battery went from 89-17 % within a couple hours. I can see I will be going back to Verizon. I tried to stay out of contracts but I can't deal with videos not playing and horrible battery life I depend on my phone for every day use. Stay away from this phone I heard the blade is better but I'm not willing to pay more money to test it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy ZTE phones I have bought a ZTE phone and it only worked for 2 months. They sent me another one since I had warranty and after 2 months again it stopped working too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I love the size, the fingerprint scanner, 1080p resolution but two issues surfaced right away, when on YouTube the screen went black, you could hear audio but not images, and the second item was while taking a picture the camera froze, I couldn't get it to work and had to restart the phone!! I don't know how reliable ZTE is, but I am disappointed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Broke my screen, purchased a new one! LOVE I originally purchased this phone on June 4th 2014 unfortunately I dropped the phone while I had the protective cover off of it and cracked the screen. I looked into getting it repaired and found that for just about $40 more than just having the screen fixed I could just get another phone brand new. Although this phone does have its quirks like freezing up from time to time or restarting a for the price of this phone it is well worth it. I've had numerous different phones by Samsung, iPhones and other brands and I chose to repurchase this phone because I do love it so much. This screen of clarity is amazing, it has so much storage plus if you add an SD card you have that much more storage. Really the only issues that I have with this phone is that it occasionally restarts or freezes but it is nothing that I cannot deal with and if I were to break this phone I would repurchase it again for the third time. Way to go ZTE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero stars if not for the nice big screen. This has a nice big screen but that's about all I can say about it that is good. It freezes often or lags. Apps take longer than normal to load. Camera freezes, screen blacks out, and pretty slow in general. I feel like I have gone back in time because this feels less sophisticated and less responsive than my first smartphone. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this phone I upgraded from a Kyocera hydro view. Screen is great. Speed is good for me. Camera is much better. Finger scanner is so much easier. 32gb memory is a great upgrade from 8gb. The only weak point for this phone seems to be the ear speaker and loud speaker. I can't hear the caller very well in a noisy car. Bluetooth setup recommended or ear buds with mic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not one for change Have been a Cricket customer for about 6 yrs. My phone died all of a sudden, I'm not comfortable with change. But let me tell you I love this phone!! The battery is great 2 days before needing a charge. The app's, scrolling around very easy. One bad thing though volume... at work the ringer is not very loud, other than that no complaints!!! Change is good!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My phone KILLED my 32gb micro SD card When I bought this phone I was not told about this issue I am very disappointed and this happened right before these so-called upgrade or update they did 2 weeks ago so hopefully they have fixed this issue because I just bought a whopping 128gb SD card and if it gets damaged I will sue your company thank you and no I would not recommend this phone to anyone

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seems nice at first glance... I purchased this phone to replace my old LG Stylo. I ultimately bought this phone because of the internal storage. The size of the screen is quite nice, however the performance of the phone is not. It was a little glitchy and consistantly had problems playing videos. I returned the phone and exchanged it for the LG Stylo 3, which is a more reliable phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice phone.. BUT.... I bought. This phone less than 2 months ago.. At first. It was awesome.. Long battery life, large screen.. I was thinking i had finally found the phone for me. Invested in protective cases, ready for the long haul.. Then, it began freezing up. In less than 2 months.. I have already had to replace it. Huge disappointment.. Save your money...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst phone ever I've had this phone not even a year and it's the worst one I've had ever. My husband and I both got the same phone, and he had to take his back because the phone died and would not charge or turn on. With mine it freezes up a lot, my speaker is already trying to go out, it goes haywire on me. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't having all these problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone I've owned to date I've never been more excited about having a good phone. I like that it's just like my old Android but bigger and better. Huge screen cheaper than buying a apple phone an I can use my crack versions of apps. I do my banking, bills, games, football apps, plenty of space for music, not including the SD card. I feel this is a awesome model for me and you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fingerprint scanner is handy. A pleasant surprise is that the fingerprint scanner can be trained to recognize several finger prints, including family, or your left and right index for example. A downside is the call volume isnt as loud as I would like. It might be an adjustment somewhere because other sounds, including through the headphones is very good. Camera is very good also.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved it ...? Absolutely loved this phone. Fast, gr8 color, good camera, big screen. Alas, i had 2 return the phone, would not hook up to wifi at my home. It would go in n out continually. I Have 4 other devices that run just fine so i know it was the phone. Cricket gave me another but that would not hook up either...would recommend if u have no wifi problems....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely useless I had a Grand Max phone for about a year and a half. I was happy with it. It worked well for my needs. Unfortunately it passed into the great beyond and would simply no longer power on. So I went down to my local Cricket retailer and got at Blade X MAX. It looked like it would work well for me. Newest version of Android, mostly fit into my existing case. I got it activated, took it home and started using it. The text messaging app has this horrible color of green as a theme that I cant sort out how to change to something other than light pea soup green. Yuck! But Ok, we'll see what else shows up. Then I go to charge it only to find out that it does not use the expected micro-USB power connector, so suddenly ALL of my existing cables need to be replaced. So much for environmental friendliness. But I need to be able to communicate and keep trying. I finally hit the limit with this thing when I tried to send a text message to someone referencing the City of St. Louis and the auto correct, which I cannot sort out hot to turn off insisted on changing it to "At. Louis". That's 2.8 Million people who can't send a text message with the name of the city that live it it by default. Really people?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs to be in the recycle bin The screen size is amazing and using it is quite simple and easy setting up most of the applications and stuff are also easy however this device constantly locks up at first I thought it was only due to some apps not running straight but when it started doing it on multiple apps and what not I realized that it was the phone itself.
