Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Experience I had the phone 4 days and it froze 4 times and they wanted to send me a replacement which was refurbished so to me thats crazy if the phone is brand new so I bought another one and sent the first one back for a full refund since I was told I had a bad one and this phone is a good phone but the second one frozen twice in 5 days and that was it I sent it back and went back to my Stylo 2 which I never had a problem with that or the Stylo 1

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I thought I got this phone about 3 months ago. At first I liked it but now......I'm not feeling this at all. It overheats, freezes, restarts itself sometimes, lags(I am having issues typing this review now) , and whenever I am watching something on YouTube or Netflix; it stops and I have to keep pressing the play button. Oh yeah, sometimes I don't get my text messages on time, or if I send one it says that the message was not sent even though it was sent. Can't wait to upgrade when I get the funds to do so.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good phone, bad for video streaming Would be a perfect phone other than the fact that when you try playing a video on YouTube or Netflix you get a black screen after a minute or two when you're in 720p and above. I run front desk at a hotel and nights can get pretty boring sometimes, that's when I pull out my phone and watch Netflix or YouTube. The black screen drives me nuts! I searched online and nearly everyone with this phone has the same issue. So as long as you're okay paying for a 1080p screen that can only handle 480p videos, this is the phone for you. Speaker quality is 8/10, speed is 8/10, screen quality is 9/10 (dropped to 2/10 due to the issue stated above, otherwise it's beautiful). Great phone if you don't need it for HD video.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only complaint Ive had my XMAXX for 4 months.I must say it performs right along side and even sometimes better than my friends devuces that are 3 times the price !!!! The features on this phone are well above the price range !!! The only issue i can state is about every 3 weeks my pull down screen for my quick settings will freeze half way...if i click the side button to dark the screen, then click again to bring the screen back on it will disappear...but for a $140 phone that can run with the $500 units...i am truly impressed and so are the 4 friends i have pursuaded to purchase the XMAXX..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitch Supreme I purchased this phone as what I thought would be an upgrade from my much smaller Samsung phone. BIG mistake. This phone freezes ALL of the time. I don't get text messages, I can barely surf the internet because the phone just freezes and non of the buttons work. I can't watch YouTube videos anymore because the screen just goes black, but the sound is still there. I have missed alarms in the morning because her phone just freezes. It could be 6:45 a. m., but the phone will be stuck on 6:15 therefore making me miss the alarms. This is the worst phone I have EVER had, I think I will go buy a flipphone behind this bad phone for $27 and invest in an IPad mini for internet surfing at work. Come on after-Thanksgiving sales. It's just too bad I was so excited about this pretty phone that I ordered all of these cute cases that will go to waste. I will definitely read reviews before my next big purchase. $172 down the drain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use I love the size I wish it did not get frozen so often and you are going to need patience if you own this phone even at home connected to my WiFi sometimes it's slow and I really wish it didn't have a different size charger now I had to go out and buy a special charger for the car it was really convenient when one charger fit multiple phones and a tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't miss my Iphone 6 at all. First Android Phone since years of Apple. I love this ZTE Blade X Max. I don't miss my iPhone 6 at all or the monopoly of overpriced accessories from the Apple fanboy world. My wife loves her iPhone 6+ and won't switch to Droid, but she has commented at how awesome the camera is on my ZTE Blade X Max. Also the screen is as big as her entire IPhone 6+ is in in body and looks awesome. Battery life is up to 2 days on standby with some surfing and gaming the way I use it. I love it and hope it holds up. I bought in just before 4th of July 2017 and it is now Early September 2017 with no issues so far. Only minor complaint is the phone is very light and slick on body, hard to hold on to it bare. I use cases, so I don't mind at all. You can get an "Otterbox" knockoff for it on Amazon for $10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! So, I had the Galaxy amp prime. Great little phone, just got tired of it and wanted something different. Got the blade x max. Did have a few problems like the others mentioned with the YouTube and stuff but the selfie camera was messed up so I took it back and got the alcatel idol 4. It was okay but I really missed some of the features of this phone so I took the idol 4 back and got another blade x max lol and thank goodness this one has NO issues and works perfectly. I am so in love!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Good I've had other ZTE phones and i loved them my husband's ZTE works great but this one really disappointed. It freezes much 2 often and never unfreezes i have to restart it all the time. When im watching a movie or watching a video it pauses the video for no reason or the screen goes black i have to restart the video AND take the wifi off or it will do it again. First i thought if i upgraded the software it would get better but NO. The touch response is even worse. Overall hate it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY I have purchased three of these phones all defective. We contacted cricket support from the store to work it out, still, since we had the ''warranty'' we had to still get the same phone over and over. Even though the product was a piece of junk! Cricket would not give a refund or exchange. Poor customer support. Then we contacted ZTE the manufacturer of the phone and they said that since we did not pay them but cricket no refund. We were told by the employee that this phone would not have problems, he was not knowledgeable and the manager had to handle us. The manager did everything she could but we were still stuck with this useless phone. since this is a flagship phone for ZTE it must mean that they do not care about their customers or their product. even crickets reveiw log is mess up it types it twice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Huge Screen, great battery life, lots of GBs I brought the phone a few weeks ago and I really do like it. It has excellent battery life. I have phones did on me all the time, but this one doesn't. The screen is huge! No squinting my eyes for small font. Is perfect for watching Hulu or Netflix. As great a its features are there are some cons. The phone does glitch quite a bit. Be it frozen screen or slow moment of applications. Sometimes I get a black screen and the phone will not respond after a bit. This has happen 4 times since I got it. But I feel that is not enough to ruin the overtook experience of the phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Big phone Great phone. But heavy for a phone. I've had to restart it a few times already tho and ive only had it for one month. It is a large phone so id recommended a Popsocket at least or you'll more than likely drop it. Definitely recommend a case since this is closer to a tablet than a phone. Plenty of storage so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Budget Phone You get for what you paid for. For streaming video Netflix, Hulu. Don't expect high performance and crisp hd imagining . But for basic web surfing, text, phone calls are choppy at times due to lack of cell phone towers. But if you want a great big screen to watch youtube videos, Netflix. than this is your phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from All glitz and glamor I have had this phone for 2 weeks, it freezes several times a day for no reason especially when I try to take a picture it will freeze half the time so bad that I have to hold my finger on the power button to restart it. The voice search and processing speed lag and sometimes the screen goes black for no reason. This is a beautiful phone I love the size and the storage but for overall functioning it's horrible. I would not recommend this phone, i am greatly disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this phone! This phone is perfect for me. I mainly got it because of the bigger screen because my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. I was surprised how much I like the Fingerprint Reader. It makes logging into the phone and many apps really easy. I've had none of the problems mentioned in other reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible Phone! Avoid! This is the first ever ZTE phone I've ever purchased, so I did not know what to expect. At first, I thought it was a fairly decent phone (especially for the $99 I paid from switching over to Cricket). However, it did not take long for problems to begin popping up. The phone constantly resets itself (at least twice a day) and will freeze up with the least bit of use. Recently I've noticed that the screen seems to have a ghost image of Facebook burned into it and the screen is not very responsive now. Keep in mind I haven't even owned this for more than eight months!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like that you can change the navigation buttons I have had a lot of problems with the phone. I would be talking to someone and the phone would put them on hold and dial another person on my contact list. It would also just go into airplane mode in the middle of a call. When talking on the phone the screen on your face would dial numbers and keep you from hearing all of the conversation. I love the size and the looks, but this is my third phone and still having some problems. When I asked if I could change to a different phone I was told no that I had to keep the model I bought. I would not recommend this phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This phone sucks I brought this phone a few months ago and it was good the first month. Now it restarts on its own. It freezes all the time. Nobody can really hear me. It's really frustrating. The volume on the phone sucks as well. Don't buy this phone!!!! All ZTE phones are bad phones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very fragile and slow I bought 2 of these phones 3 weeks ago. My wifes phone continuously shuts down, now will not charge or turn on. It said overheated at one point when put on charge from 20% . She did drop it off her lap getting out of the car in the snow and cracked the screen which now voids the warranty. My phone is very slow and over heats as well. The camera freezes and the finger sensor has never worked. The speaker phone is very low. I had this in my pocket and the screen cracked as well which voided the warranty also. The cracked screens are the least of our concerns. The fact that one phone will no longer turn on or charge is our main concern. This is a 1 star device and one of the worse phone purchases I've made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone under $200! Pros: Price! It's big! (6" screen) Long battery life Runs Nougat Fingerprint sensor (can program five prints to open 5 different apps from sleep mode) Cons: It's big! Sound from the speaker Slower than higher-end phones (but c'mon it's under $150)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the phone for me! I've had this phone for about 3 weeks now and at first I liked it but over the last couple days no so much.....the phone just locks and won't do nothing at all sometimes when I take a picture on snapchat. And when I'm watching Netflix the picture gets fuzzy some times. I've also had problems with facebook not to mention the speaker ain't to great.... But it dose have a great finger print scanner and the memory is also a plus....overall I'd definitely buy a different phone if I looking to buy a phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from zte phone Just got this phone a week ago and the phone started acting up the next day. It shuts down on its on. It constantly freezes up on me in the middle of playing games. Then I was made to buy a new sim card because it was saying my memory was full but it had 70%left. Now I'm back today the 3rd Because this is the 10th time since I bought the phone 9days ago. I brought it back on the 6th day and the sales person said she never recommends this phone because it's garbage but I wish the male sales person would have told my husband that before he bought this phone.
