Rated 2 out of 5 by from A Budget Phone & That's All. It's small and light, and runs the Nougat version of Android alright, but its battery life is horrible. I like to ride my bike with navigation on and a podcast playing, and it will give me about three hours tops. And it's Android. I come from the Windows Phone/Mobile world and it's a much nicer ecosystem. I got a text in my car, and could not understand why Google wouldn't read it. Cortana on Windows Mobile would read it and ask if I wanted to reply completely hands free via any kind of Bluetooth device or even earbuds. I guess I'll have to find an app for that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Phone / Bad Battery Got 3 phones on June 11th. Two of them were the Alcatel Verso's. Both phones batteries overheated withing the first 30 minutes. Contacted Cricket immediately and went back to yesterday for replacements. The replacement Verso's did the same thing. This phone is trash and I would never recommend purchasing this phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Would not recommend Okay, so it works but it's nothing special. I would go with something else if you can. The camera is slow and low resolution, the screen resolution is terrible relative to comparable phones, and the screen is really difficult to see when you're in bright light, even at it's highest setting. It is small-ish compared to other smartphones, which I like, but the resolution and brightness issues aren't worth it to me.
