Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally upgraded from my flip phone I bought this phone to better track and communicate with my teenage sons, upgrading from a flip phone that basically made phone calls and sent/received texts. Easy to use and still exploring the features but happy so far with increased connectivity and ability to quickly share pictures and other experiences. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but more than enough for me so far, and for free by bringing my old phone number which I wanted to keep who can complain.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Biggest regret I've only had this phone for a week and I'm regretting getting it..The phone freezes during scrolling, camera and video quality is really poor, I can't get wi-fi signal in my house and it takes too long to charge. You get a 7 day return policy, not knowing that the day of purchase is the first day.Tired to return it to the store but was told they can't accept it.What they offered was for me to buy a new one.No, i would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a durable phone I brought the LG Fortune 2 week ago. The phone case is slippy, not easy to grab tight while pressing the button at the back. As a result it is easy to drop from your hand. Finally I dropped it from about 4 feet height. The phone display was damaged. Not only there are cracks. Hundred of horizontal lines are flashing on screen and some of the lines are missing. You cannot read any info on screen any more. I have to buy a new one but not a LG phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THIS PHONE SUCKS!!!!! I have had it for over 2 months now. All of the sudden, I don't get calls or texts or if I try to make a call it rings once and then it drops the call. I called Cricket yesterday and they reset the phone, yea right. It still isn't working right. I am sick of their service and this phone. Switching back to Metro.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT SO GOOD PHONE I change to cricket for a better quality on the phone. The sales person really recommended this phone that why I got it. I didn't know what I was getting into. I only have 2 days with my phone and it freezes all the time, it gets really hot, I only get 1 bar of signal all day long sometimes 2 if I'm lucky. It's just not a good phone that I would recommend. LG is a good brand don't get me wrong but this phone is not what I was looking for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from knock code didn't work I got my phone yesterday. Since my other phone was so old i had to enter my contacts one at a time. I then downloaded my usual apps and set the security knock code (only way to lock it). Today I tried to unlock my phone to no avail AND i never got the request for my pin #. I am resetting the whole system and will start over. Should this happen again I will return the phone for a refund. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ugh no joke, worst phone I've ever had. My first week of owning, it factory reset itself, and deleted all of my things after an update, and dont even bother about thinking a bout taking pictures with this thing, bad camera, scratch bad, horrible, keeps freezing on me repeatadly, sometimes my calls wont go through on 5 bars of service, and the phone will randomly turn up and play the cricket ringtone. I'm sorry but this is a horrible phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not Bad I just got this phone a few days ago. For two reasons. My metro phone was broke and my service was due. So I figured I'd try a new service. I had a ZTE zmax pro this phone doesnt compare to that but because I needed a phone and disnt have much money I had to go cheap. However it is not bad for the money. It is a nice phone for someone who doesn't do much on it. But I like it. Its temporary til I can get a better phone. No complaints.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible phone lags so bad, battery dies fast, reception with this phone sucks. I have other friends in the community that have cricket and they have no issues, i have this phone and my services sucks. it drops calls all the time, my battery dies after a few hours of being unplugged, i feel like it has to be plugged in always, if i wanted a phone connected to the wall, i would have gotten a landline. would i recommend this phone? NO WAY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for what I needed!!! This phone does everything I want a phone to do. I only had it for a week, no issues and very happy with everything thus far. But keep in mind I am not a heavy phone user, so take my review with a grain of salt. I got more than I was expecting, but like I said, not a heavy phone user so I don't know how it tests out on things a heavy phone user would have. I like the storage on it and probably never come close to filling it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed no mobile hotspot I am not using the device because it said it was mobile hotspot compatible but that turned out to be only for grandfathered-in plans. At this time there are only a couple of non-iPhones on the site that are hotspot compatible for current plans and neither interested me. The device is fine otherwise. But the inability to use it as a mobile hotspot on current plans is a deal breaker for me. Good thing it was free.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not practical I hate this phone. The on\off switch is on the back of the phone, the sound compared to other phones is awful, its not user friendly such as back and forward buttons. The camera takes horrible pics that you can see the pixels in unless your outside in good lighting but even then the focus is off and forget zooming in! Im 7 days in on it and this is by far the worst phone I've had. Disappointed I wasted my money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like/hate. There are issues I had an lg a while back so i figured this one would be ok too since i love my LG flex. WELL, at first this phone was great. Until you download apps and save pics and videos, within the week it was super slow. Camera is terrible. And it doesn't seem to play nice with facebook. It glitches when i try and write a post. Ot did it with this current lg fortune and thw one i had before. And very hard to find cases!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Phone I just bought the phone not even a month ago and am very pleased with it. The size is perfect for me due to it being a little larger than my last one. One little problem though, the sound is a bit scratchy at times. It sounds as if I am listening in a cave. It does not happen often for me to return it, but it is slightly nerve wracking when you are having an important call. Otherwise, I love this phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Looking Phone It is a very attractive sleek phone however when I got it and tried to activate it I found that the phone itself was faulty I had to remove the back, battery and sim card and send it back which was a big disappointment not to mention a pain in the you know what. I am waiting on a replacemt and am waiting to see if Cricket will adjust my bill or give me a free month as I am on autopay I will update soon.
