Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like it except for a few glitches We got our phones a week ago and overall it has everything I need however does anyone else have a problem with stuff just appearing out of the blue. I had set my phone down on the counter and a few minutes the camera turned its-self on. This has happened a couple of times and then this morning I couldn't get it to turn off and had multiple programs popping up. Finally I turned the phone off and back on. It seemed to solve it for now. Also my car bluetooth connects but doesn't stay connected so I have to start it up every time I get in the car. Is this normal? We got this phone because they were out of the one we wanted with no eta on replacements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone! I just bought my LG Harmony phone through Cricket Wireless and could not be more pleased with it! I especially like the silicone (?) rubber, or whatever it is, on the back cover because it makes it SO much easier to hang on to! The security features are easy to customize for whatever you want and the sound clarity on the phone and on social media sites is amazing. I also added a 32 GB memory card for extra storage if needed, just because I already had it from another phone. Also, the camera on the phone takes very clear and precise pictures. Just love everything about it so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it! I have been waiting for phone on android nougat for less than $100, and this one is perfect! I had the LG Escape 3 and this one was the perfect step up. The camera is about the same, but the battery is nicer and lasts longer especially with the upgraded version of android and the display is larger and noticeably nicer. I was able to bring all my app data over from my previous LG with LG Backup. Great phone with all the great features of android 7.0, (notification updates, split screen, and more!) for a great price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best I was looking to upgrade from the LG Escape 3. At first I got the iphone se however I couldn't stand the small screen and battery life. I returned it and picked up the LG Harmony instead. This phone is so much better than the iphone se and is a big upgrade from the Escape 3. The screen is bigger and clearer and the camera is improved. I love the new design of the phone. It feels like a more premium phone than the escape 3 and is the best budget phone I have owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dream Come True My wife and I upgraded from the ZTE Sonata and we are extremely pleased. This phone is all that we could ever ask for---light weight, fast, great camera, much more internal storage, crisp and clear screen display, etc. I do not understand the lowest three reviews. I can help with the ads showing up. I got rid of ours by removing the LG installed news ap. This is surely the right phone for us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NO REGRETS I had my doubts getting an LG Harmony. Never heard of them and I was used to Samsung. But I needed something reliable and this phone is definitely reliable. It doesn't overheat and I do run quite a few apps. It's not cheaply made. I do wish it had a fingerprint sensor but that's ok. Does what it needs to. Calls sound just fine and nice sleek design. The camera isn't the best however it's ok if you just need a phone that won't break the bank. I have no regrets in this purchase and I would recommend if you're in the market for a phone but limited on budget.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Harmony The greatest budget friendly smartphone I have ever had. Love it more then my old iPhone 6! The 5.3 inch screen is perfect for my hands. You can also move apps to the SD card. The camera is better than expected! It looks very sleek like the iPhone 7. The battery life is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgrade to this!!! I had this phone for about 2 days the only con I can mention is my Wi-Fi doesnt connect automatically all the time but still camera and everything else was a complete upgrade from my galaxy amp 1. Battery life last long if you don't keep your location on at all times and keep the back light on auto (my preference)... Also if you're going to use any charger you can but it will not charge as fast as the one it comes with...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't get if you work on your phone I bought this 3 months ago and I can't deal with it anymore! It lags to a point that I want to throw it against the wall. It takes 3 minutes to open messages, sometimes messages arrive and the phone doesn't notify me. Also, I can't have more then 1 app opened because both apps close! For someone that needs to multitask and things to run smooth this phone does neither. It also takes FOREVER TO CHARGE! GET ANOTHER PHONE IF YOU PLAN TO WORK ON IT. Because this phone isn't for that.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Becareful with this one For my first smart phone i like the phone. I do not like the weak signal strength of the phone. Size is bigger than im use to but i had a flip phone before. I did purchase three of these for my wife, son and myself had to send all three back after the second day owning them. Got three new ones had to send one back so four out of six that were bad not a good taste for the phone themselves. When i talk to my family on these phones sounds like im talking out of a tin can all tree of them does this. I have notice the tap screen feature does not always work properly also. When you buy a lesser price electronics such as a phone these are the type of problems you can count on so I just deal with it. So you truly get what you pay for in price and quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's ok... I purchased this phone to replace a galaxy s6 active that I had brought over from another carrier. This phone lacks storage, half of it is used up just by default programs, though you can buy an sd card. It is slow, lags, and the display is not crisp. The camera is awful. I am by no means a technology expert, which is why I thought this phone would be a good choice, and even I noticed all these things. That being said, updating to this phone from a different cheap and slow device may be okay, as it does offer new features. I returned this phone immediately. I suggest saving up for a galaxy s7 or s8.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for Price Not a terrible phone, but it has some problems. One, there is no LED notification for messages. I am not talking about the LED flash for hearing impairment. This has that feature. I am talking about if you have a message or missed call, the phone will occasionally blink an LED light. If you want to see if you have messages you have to turn on the screen. Very annoying for someone who does not constantly look at their phone. Screen is too big for my own personal taste. I like phones that can fit in a pocket. This can be done, but not very comfortably. Battery life is good. This is far from the most user friendly LG phone I have ever had. It does have external storage. I have not had any problems with the storage not working. Be warned: some of the Apps that come with the phone will also come with advertisements. The main culprit is an alarm clock app. I suggest getting rid of that app and using the clock that comes with the phone. Most, if not all, advertisements will go away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LG Harmony not so harmonizing I bought this phone online for a great price at the time, 9.99 port-in customer. However when I received the phone the headphone jax quit working after ONE SONG USE-it wouldnt work for my headphones nor my AUX cord. Needless to say I ordered another one, and again this time after a couple of song usages the headphone jax would not respond to my headphones nor aux cord. I honestly havent tried a bluetooth headset, which I'm sure would work. But at this point I rather upgrade to a better device. Far as I'm concern its a good phone but not being able to listen to music movies and tv without the use of bluetooth sucks!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must buy! I bought the samsung galaxy amp 2 about 6 months ago, and I dont know how i got by without this lg harmony for so long! My old phone was 8gb and couldnt hold one picture. The phone was small and had issues with my thumb because of the weird phone dimensions. NOW...this phone!!!! Its wonderful. I was iffy about the button on the back but i love it, its almost like a secret button so no one can get into your phone. This phone is just big enough for my hand. I love how much you can personalize it. It has thin sleek sides so it does not feel boxy. The 16gb is great, phone cam with 7gb already built in for apps but with another 8gb it should be fine. It is super fast and the call quality is great. I love the camera too, great zooming ability. You can say whiskey and it will snap the photo for you-how fun! Also it has this neat "knock on" ability you tap on the screen twice and it turns on/off. This is the best phone i have ever had! The only downfall that i have found is that the light on the phone is a bit dim, even with it all the way up when your outside. Battery life is good, lasts two days if not used excessively.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Many problems Had the Galaxy 5 phone for quite some time with no problem until I dropped it and the rear camera glass was shattered. So I figured I would buy the LG Harmony phone that had good reviews. Well let me tell you, bluetooth would sometimes work in my car, sometimes not. Games I play would have intermittent flashes for the home page, so if your in the middle of a game you could X out of it and back to the home page. You can swipe several times just to log in with your password. I can go on and on, but you pay for what you get. Buying a Moto g5 plus on Black Friday, did my homework, I will keep you posted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend this phone! Before switching to Cricket Wireless I had used a Moto X, iPhone 4, and a Galaxy S4. Since switching to Cricket I've used their LG G Stylo (first generation), and now this phone, the LG Harmony - which is the same as the LG K20 Plus. This phone is awesome. My previous G Stylo had 8 gigs of memory, so have 16 is a huge upgrade. This phone does come with some games and other apps pre installed, but I was pleased to find I could uninstall them. Less bloatware than my previous Verizon phones. I'm also pretty sure I can move some apps to my SD card like I could with my G Stylo. With everything uninstalled that can be uninstalled, I still have close to 8 gigs available to install anything I want. The screen looks good, Android 7.0 Nougat is great, the battery lasts a long time. The phone looks and feels very premium. One tip, this phone using Android 7.0 Nougat doesn't come with the app drawer enabled by default - which was confusing and frustrating when I went to open the app drawer. To enable it, go to settings > display > Home screen (under view) > Select Home > Select Home & app drawer. Took me a while to find that setting buried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product For having a Quad-Core Processor this device is extremely fast. One of the best products Cricket has released. The only issue that I have noticed is that themes downloaded from the Google Play Store that are designed for the LG Home+ Launcher that comes built in are broken. They will not change the icons and some other features like switches, toggles and the keyboard do not render properly in fact I found on one theme that the call button on the dialer was completely whited out. Battery is wonderful, Display is perfect, I love the ability to change the size of objects on the screen as larger objects tend to appear a bit fuzzy to me the higher resolution (Smaller Objects) looks so much better. The default DPI on this devices is not set to high and again the feature to adjust the size of objects on screen is a plus. I really wish LG would update the home and app drawer home screen option to a more modern 7.0 appearance on this device or even 6.0 appearance on its 6.0 devices. Even using a 5.0 appearance on 5.0 would be a nice complementary touch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the fastest phone This is my first budget smartphone after owning several 2-year contract / leased Android phones previously. There is a definite lag between button presses and results. The battery life is decent but with moderate use it will not last all day. Pros: LG's back power button. Love it. Changeable battery Perfect size Can move apps to SD card Cons: No image stabilizer so many blurry photos Lag between button presses and results Charging takes a very long time Too little memory for some apps Screen is not bright enough for full sun viewing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! Awful! DO NOT BUY! Too many glitches to list, but heres a few.. Key board disappears when typing. Even downloaded music shuts off every 20 seconds or so. GPS shuts down randomly. Phone is slow. Phone freezes ALOT! I also HATE that there is ADVERTISING on the 1st screen every time you open your phone. This is BY FAR the worst phone I've ever had!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good features My son and my husband have this phone from Cricket and they both like it, I am sooooo glad we changed to Cricket service. The phone was a bargain and replaced their old LG L90 from the PINK carrier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I came from a Samsung Note 4 and I'm really enjoying this phone. The features are just what I need: nothing flashy, but still great. I was worried that it would be a cheap disappointment, but it turned out to be a seamless switch from Samsung to LG. Very little is different between the two. The only thing I would improve would be the level of sound from the speaker. It's rather low. But I would recommend this phone to anyone interested as it works like a charm and won't break the bank.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone I bought this phone for my Son 2 days ago. He has a galaxy S5 that isn't working. He wanted the S8. At first he was going to take it back but now he loves it! He can't believe what a great phone it is, fast, great hd, music quality, etc. He's a network eng & it's hard to impress him on tech items. He loves this phone!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Phone I Have Ever Had I bought this as an upgrade to my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. A lot of applications do not work with this phone. I do not get emails in the time I should, sometimes they show up hours after receiving them. Some phone calls have a hissing sound on the other end unless the other person is talking. Group text messages do not come through. It is slow to respond and I have tried doing a factory reset, which did nothing to solve any of the problems. I told my husband about the issues and he said he didn't even know these things were issues. He has had two other LG phones. I am guessing LG phones are just junk. Unfortunately, it took 7 days to see all of the issues. When I tried to return, Cricket said I could not as it was the 8th day. If you buy on a Wednesday, it must be returned by the Tuesday. If you try to return it on Wednesday, they tell you that you can trade it in to purchase a new phone. The value was $15. I paid $100 for the phone. Never again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So so. A lot of ads, you have to adjust the settings on many apps to stop all the ads from coming in. Also, a real pain is callers on the other end say that my call/speaking cuts in and out. While I'm talking I hear them saying "hello"? So annoying to think you've not been heard and have to repeat yourself. Sounds like a cheap phone huh? I don't like the emoji's either; looks childish. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I've had this phone for over a month and love it. I came from a Galaxy S6 and was extremely skeptical about the performance of a $100 phone. I was completely wrong. This phone has better than S6 battery life and is similar to the S6. The power button on the back is odd but it has a double tap on feature. Predictive dictionary is a little hokey and a flashing led notification light would be nice. You won't be disappointed...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible phone Time to replace phones and get off our sprint plan. This phone is horrible. I will be looking for a new one. Can't play music because it will either play and stop or skip to new song or wont load at all. There is a 3 to 5 second delay when a button is pushed. Had to delete some apps because of space even though i have a big sd card in can't recieve calls at work anymore or updates when i could before. Very disapointed. And a little nervous to get another phone from cricket since this one has a decent rating
