LG Harmony is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 401.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible phone Time to replace phones and get off our sprint plan. This phone is horrible. I will be looking for a new one. Can't play music because it will either play and stop or skip to new song or wont load at all. There is a 3 to 5 second delay when a button is pushed. Had to delete some apps because of space even though i have a big sd card in can't recieve calls at work anymore or updates when i could before. Very disapointed. And a little nervous to get another phone from cricket since this one has a decent rating

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great...For What It Is I had to purchase a phone and was planning on bring my Nexus 6P from Verizon over to Cricket. Unfortunately my 6P went into the dreaded boot-loop of death and I was in a pinch for a phone. I bought this as a bridge phone to get me to a point where I could get a flagship phone. Phone calls are SUPER clear on this. The HD Voice is great. It is NOT the fastest phone in the world, but its $50, not $800. I like to use the Google Messaging app and have frequently found my texts wandering over to the stock messaging app, causing me to miss texts. If I stuck with the stock app I don't think this would be an issue. Battery life is great and overall, this is a great lil phone for what it is.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap The good thing about this phone is that it was not expensive. The bad thing is that the camera really takes you back 10 years (reminds me of an old flip phone camera!), and I feel like the touch screen is inaccurate. The battery life seems to be OK but that is comparing to a phone that started out being about the same and over 4 years gradually lost ability to hold a charge. In general: if you don't have a phone and need one this will work. Sound quality is good. If you expect it to be fun it could be disappointing. Debating if I should switch back to using my old phone or buy a new one (not this)...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing All Around I needed to replace a phone, and so decided to go with the LG Harmony based on reviews. First of all, the power on/off in the back of the phone (directly under the camera lens) is awkward to say the least. Half the time, my finger ends up on the camera lens, so now the lens is a mess no matter how often I clean it. Photos are affected, and so my photos are not the quality they should be. The responsiveness of the phone, and the "swipe-ability" when trying to answer in incoming phone call are both seriously lacking. The "back" button sometimes is there, sometimes isn't - and trying to swipe the screen to have the button show is beyond annoying. I cannot recommend this phone at all, and will very likely avoid buying any LG phones in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone for the low price So sometimes when you pay a very low price for something you expect it to be way less than good quality...not the case for this phone. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's similar to the Samsung Galaxy 6 I had prior to it. Easy to use, quality in pics is great, device itself is very user friendly. No phone is perfect so the issues I have with it is very minor. Storage is great, if you're a person that doesn't download a lot of apps. some of the complaints I read about I don't have an issue with at all. no ads ever appear. I deleted some of the default apps simply because I wont use them, and, to make more storage space. I don't know if its just me but it does take quite a while to charge. battery life is awesome though. maybe because i have it on a certain battery setting that preserves it. but i can definitely go all day doing average things on my phone and still have a decent left by the time i hit my pillow. I recommend this phone if you're an average or a little above average cell phone user. I haven't figured out how to get the LED to flash when i have an email or text message, but that's a minor issue. I hope this helps anyone debating on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst phone I have had this phone for 3 months and hate it. It has corrupted 2 32G memory cards costing me numorous photos and music. It can only handle a 4 G memory card not 2 T ones. I bought this phone for the memory and I didn't get what I paid for.Don't buy it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a great little budget phone I came over from T-Mobile and a Galaxy S6. It's noticebly slower than an S6 in a couple of ways. When trying to press the home button there's sometimes a delay, and when you press the back button there's sometimes a noticeable delay. This is an 8MP phone, but it takes some really bad pictures more often than not. The Galaxy camera was way better. I also noticed some issues with Bluetooth. On my LG wireless headset and Chevy Trax, sometimes the Bluetooth connection for talking on the phone is spotty at best. Other times, crystal clear. Streaming music is crystal clear. Other than that, I dig the expandable memory slot and removable battery. For $100 I didn't even bother to get a nice case. If the screen cracks, I'm out $100 instead of $700.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money! Right away I had issues running apps I have had forever on my other phones such as Nokia and Samsung without a problem. The camera quality is poor and delayed even on apps such as Snapchat. That is the big thing I use my phone for and the fact that I can't even focus the camera or take a picture the second I hit the button really bothers me. I haven't had the phone for more than 4 months and I no longer can rely on messaging or calling because it decides to shut off randomly throughout the day. Also when I click on a message to respond, the keyboard will not pop up. It takes me forever to wait for it to load, which can be an inconvenience when you need to respond or get in touch immediately. My messages are being received hours later and I never get a notification when I do. When I'm on an app, such as Spotify- which I cannot even open anymore- it will go back to home screen in the blink of an eye. I have gotten to the point where deleting apps, installing AVG cleaning and antivirus, clearing out junk files, etc. hasn't helped at all. This phone was such a waste of money and I would never recommend this phone to anybody. Worst phone I've ever had, you'd be better off with a flip phone. I wish there were negative stars for this piece of junk, one star is an overstatement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE Too many glitches to list, but heres a few; Key board disappears while typing, ALOT! Even downloaded music turns off, about every 20 seconds! GPS randomly turns off. Phone is slow. I HATE that I see ADVERTISING on the screen every time you awaken your phone!!! Even the alarm clock has advertising!!! This phone puts me in a bad mood every time I use it.. This is by far the worst phone I've ever owned, I HATE IT!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My new phone I bought this phone so that I could get the latest version of Android. I typically buy inexpensive phones so that I can buy a new one each year and get the latest version of Android. It's tough to get a phone that gets Android updates unless you buy a top of the line phone. I like Android 7.0 but am disliking what I would call an "overlay". I'm not sure what it's actually called. When I receive a phone call, I have to answer the call twice. There is the Cricket overlay that I have to answer, then there is the default dialer that I have to answer. This is really annoying and I'd like to find a way around it. Next time, I may have to buy an unlocked phone on Amazon to avoid issues like this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ads! Day after receiving this phone I noticed a persistent drop-down ad showing up throughout phone. Uninstalled all apps I had already added and it was still happening...invasive, dropping down while using almost any app. Down to the original apps the phone came with at this point. So I downloaded virus scanners, ad-scanners, etc. Spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to remove it. Finally realized that it was packaged with the phone in one of the apps that was pre-installed. So we received the phone with invasive ads embedded in an app. Terrible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst ever! Bought this phone two weeks ago I hate it! Phone pauses when playing music..keyboard disappears when typing and the ads are ridiculous when charging ur phone. The phone doesn't light up to let you know if you receive text messages or missed calls you don't have a app button to get to ur apps u have to slide through the home screen and takes forever to charge! Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues with reception/ microphone I'm on my second LG Harmony; I returned the first, thinking it was just a defective microphone. Unfortunately, I'm having the same issues with this one. The reception cuts in and out intermittently, and the caller on the other end can hear about half of what's said. Meanwhile, you can still hear them. I end up having to finish the call on another phone line. There are features that I do like, such as the camera, but I can't recommend a phone that isn't reliable for its basic purpose.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a fantastic phone I just bought my phone today I used to be a Samsung Galaxy guy but when I saw this LG just blew my mind the HD color screen the way operates I bought it over the Samsung Galaxy I was looking at the LG X charge and is really no difference they both have the same features the speed of pulling up pictures and downloading is pretty close to being the same I didn't see any difference the charge might be just a hair faster as of the camera I take beautiful pictures and I took pictures of the LG X charge compare both of them they looks exactly the same my camera is an 8 megapixel on a HD screen the LG X charge is a 13-megapixel and believe me what I tell you I saw no difference they will both flawless so I save 50 box and use it towards my accessory on my new LG Harmony just love the phone I couldn't made a better choice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I bought a month ago, I had a Samsung S6, this one is as good as that one. I couldn't see myself spending another 800$ on a new Samsung S8. This phone has the new Android 7, and it's fast enough to do all I need. the camera is not as good as the samsung, specially with low light. But it's good enough. For the price, its a great value. I wish it had more internal memory, but I got a SD card to expand to 64GB to store the pictures and videos. You can't store all the apps on the SD card. I like the size, how thin the phone is, and that you can change batteries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Phone for the Money Overall, weve been very pleased with the phones. They run fast, have plenty of space for apps, photos, etc. The display screen is nice as well. The only complaint would be with the GPS. I've had a little bit of trouble with signal when mapping Strava rides, and photos don't geotag even with all settings enabled (most ofthe time I don't want this feature, so no biggie). On the road however, the GPS has worked just fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't miss my Galaxy - the LG Harmony is great! I'm so glad I got this phone. It's fast, intuitive, and does almost everything my old phone did, and some things that it didn't do that are awesome. It has been very reliable, and the battery lasts a long time. The sound quality for calls and music is much better than my old phone, too. I'm also very happy with CRICKET - great price and phone service, and no unfair crazy stories and excuses like other companies!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome phone with an awesome plan! I am so pleased with my Harmony phone, the great features it has and the awesome plans that Cricket offers. It has a large screen in a small package, the battery life is fantastic, it has the latest operating system, it's very fast, it takes very clear, professional looking pictures, the apps that come with it are also great. I just can't say enough about it because I think it is as good as a smart phone can get!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Trash I expected this phone to be at least decent with the specifications that it had. But I was wrong. Slow and laggy out of the box. The screen would continuously timeout after 5 seconds regardless of what the time out time was set at, so I had to download an app to override it. It took 5 seconds from the time I hit the home key until the icons appeared at your home screen. It would also force shut down apps if there were more than 5-6 open at once. I will definitely never buy another LG device.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from nice phone, but there are issues the ads are annoying, wish I could use this phone and change carriers (you can't) and I can't get service in an area where the map shows coverage. Sometimes the phone won't swipe to answer. The "back" button sometimes is there, sometimes isn't - and trying to swipe the screen to have the button show is beyond annoying. Screen timeout options don't work so you have to swipe to unlock constantly. The alarm isn't a factory icon, it took me and a friend an hour to figure out where to find it. The screen cracked after a light fall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting used to it. Battery life is good. The screen size is nice, not too big to fit in my pocket. The camera front and back is great but I wish I could touch the screen anywhere to take the picture rather than the button. I had to add a microphone to the keyboard. I am still trying to navigate settings and personalizing different apps after 2 weeks. That has as much to do with navigation of phone settings as getting used to a new phone. I don't have a lot of time to explore and experiment. Overall I think once I get used to it it will be great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent phone! I've had the phone about 2wks now. Everything works great so far and it takes good pictures. For the price you can't go wrong! Unfortunately I live in a very rural area and the towers that Cricket uses are a little patchy service for me but so far I can still manage. Overall I'd say great phone, great purchase just make sure you have AT&T towers close to you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slow processing speed This phone would be perfect if the processing speed was faster. It always takes a few seconds for all the apps to pop up. The most frustrating thing I’ve encounter with this phone would be apps in the background always crash. Many times since I’ve gotten this phone my music app and google maps just stop working a few minutes after when you turn the screen off, very annoying when I’m driving. If you can deal with those issues, this is a great phone. Screen is very nice and a good size, and the phone has a lot of nice features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone for the money I bought this two weeks ago and I am still learning ( I was an I phone user) android. This is a great phone. I go t it for $30 as a switchover customer. My i phone cost $400 and was better overall but not $390 better. This phone is giving faster internet service and the sound is great. The camara is acceptable for what i need but basic.
