Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much Better Than My iPhone 5s I like the Harmony's keypad. It displays a row of numbers above the letters so I don't have to constantly swap views. Also, the spellchecker offers suggestions but doesn't arbitrarily change what I've typed. The processor is fast, the display is clear, and screen layout efficient. The Harmony sports a recent version of Android.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mid range phone I purchased two of these phones about 2 weeks ago when my wife and I switched carriers. We "down graded" from a Galaxy S7, and neither one of us has a complaint about how this phone works. We can do anything that our other phones did and we only paid $50 a piece to own it as opposed to 35 a month to lease our previous phones.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok phone. Bright screen can be adjusted, enough space for basic apps. Sound system is grany and speaker in back of phone not crisp. Pictures quality is poor, the pictures show moved and blurry. My HTC had better sound and picture quality and screen responsiveness. It was a much better phone, but the storage is better on LG.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst This phone is terrible. When im home and make a call people say they cant hear because of static. I have to call them back on my kids phone which is on the same network. It wont let me send pics via texts. Very disappointed. I have never left a review before bit im so frustrated with this phone i felt obliged to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Holding me over between iphones Bought this phone because I gave my iPhone too my kid and I needed a phone to hold me over until I buy the 8. It's not bad! Decent pics, paired with my car with no dead zones, and even works inside my workplace. Like I said, not bad. Decent phone to hold me over.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good for the money It works good for the money except that you can not use SD card for internal memory. It has been disabled. My old phone had a nice panarama feature that this phone does not have, but other than that it is ok [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has some good features I like the phone mostly, make sure you clear your cache and shut it off and remove battery occasionally because it can start to have a lag time and move very slowly between screens or apps sometimes even freeze. Overall decent phone

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice powerful intro phone! Got this on special when it was 10$ just for switching from another carrier and I could not be more happier. one of the best switching deals i've seen, that offer a real nice phone. HOWEVER, like people said it does come with other apps that will get installed once you connect to WIFI, and make sure you delete them, they include information apps, a few games, and a clock app. Delete them or you will be annoyed with advertisements. Once you uninstall them you can enjoy your phone peacefully :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very good This phone is good for someone who will use it as a phone and occasional web surfing. The camera is decent. The phone overall is fairly slow and adds pop up on your lock screen and when you charge it. I'm not a buying a phone to get adds thrown in my face while doing nothing. The battery is junk. I've had the phone about 4 months and the battery will only last half a day with moderate usage. I need to buy a new phone already. Its better to fork out a little more cash for a better phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be happier! I've been in need of a new phone for a while so I finally checked out Cricket's site. It's been a while since I had the service and was very hopeful. I wasn't disappointment. I got a really good phone. I'm on my phone like I am a computer. It has to allow me to do a lot. My LG Harmony is a work horse with lots of storage and even more expandable storage! The cameras are amazing, the best I've had on a phone. All in all I'm glad I came back to Cricket and had an amazing phone to choose from.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Harmony This is my first non windows phone and it's been very good and reliable. I had an HTC thou not the same it holds it's own very well for the price point it's excellent I just wish it had more than 16gb main memory. My first SD card was defective once replaced all fell into place....The cricket wireless service and this phone give me better reception and over all service in the Bronx than when I had Verizon which according to their add has better service in big cities mind you I had an htc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mind blown This phone is literally the best the thing that has happened in my life in recent history. I really don't know how or why Cricket would sell it for so cheap. It is an underrated piece of gold. Mad fast. Super slick body - I tell my friends its the iPhone for Android. Stunning display. And the battery life is the best thing - it lasted 6 days on the first two charges (I obviously keep my data and wifi off for most part). This should easily cost $500. Also, the photos Cricket has posted only are not close to as good as how this feels in the hand. I am usually a very critical person, but this phone doesn't have any cons for the price I paid for it. If anything, it's not a concern about the phone - but the network. I only get one bar at my home - which wasn't the case when I was with another network.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk no place for SD card so you are stuck with internal memory. missing a lot of menus in the OS. If you press Airplane mode you a pop-up message and have to click Ok again. not only that you cannot uninstall programs that came with the phone, but you cannot even take them off the main screen. The only reason I bought this Junk was the price $10 when you switch to cricket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good phone I bought this phone about 2 weeks ago because it had good reviews for what I was looking for. For the most part, I like the phone. It's a good size, the battery lasts a long time, easy to use. I guess the frustrating part of this phone is all the ads that pop up when the phone is "resting". Also, when I stream videos, the video will all of a sudden stop and I have to press play again. Not sure if this is a phone issue or a user issue though. Still working on the kinks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pretty good overall I've had this phone for about 5-6 months now, and it still works perfectly. I was SUPER impressed with the cameras, it has a nice screen, and its very easy to use. I drop it all the time but it hasn't even come close to cracking, although that might just be the quality of the case. Occasionally I'll have issues with connecting the wifi, but once again that might be unrelated, our wifi is pretty bad on other devices too. Very high quality, especially for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A really good phone that I was given for free! This was the free smart phone that came with signup at a local Cricket dealer. Other than the somewhat short battery life and issues with the bluetooth connecting to my headsets, it has been a very nice phone and does all that I need a smartphone to do. It takes good pictures, so long as you know to set the resolution to the 5MP setting and can hold a lot of stored materials with a micro SD card, unlike my old iPhone that did not have expandable storage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad cell reception Decent phone. Bloated by cricket, but decent when you remove their malware apps be that steal your monthly data allotment. The part that makes it bad, is this phone has garbage reception. It's never gone above 3 bars. Ever! Maybe I have a bad phone, who knows. It usually sits at 1or 2 bars where my 3 year old Moto I replaced had full bars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thankful for this phone Battery life is super - I don't have to charge it every day even. I am getting lost much less, with the Google Maps App. And I can stay in touch easily with friends and family all over the world. The speaker isn't the best - sometimes I have to put the phone on speaker to hear the other person better, and it's hard to listen to a sermon on the phone while driving. But, I do enjoy having a smartphone and this one was a great deal for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very slow! I purchased this phone a month ago and it is extremely slow and so many pop up adds that it drives you insane! Very little storage, poor battery life and poor screen quality make this a no go! I’m using my daughter’s iPhone phone to write this review. I HATE the LG Harmony! I would not recommend this phone to anyone!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic phone! Great phone! Well worth the price. I bought mine two weeks ago after not having a smart phone for over a decade, and I love it more than I liked my iPhone years ago! Android OS is great, far superior to Apple and the iPhone. Easy to use, great features, and, most of all, it's well worth the price. I got mine for $10 after switching my number from TracFone to Cricket! Even at the $100 full price it's worth it! I highly recommend this phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Emergency Calls Only Brought this 27 days ago and in the last 3 days it wont let me call out, says "Emergency Calls Only". Called Cricket and was told since it is past their 7 day return policy period that they could not exchange the phone. REALLY only a 7 day guarantee on their phones...... Needless to say, I am switching carriers.
