Rated 1 out of 5 by from Emergency Calls Only Brought this 27 days ago and in the last 3 days it wont let me call out, says "Emergency Calls Only". Called Cricket and was told since it is past their 7 day return policy period that they could not exchange the phone. REALLY only a 7 day guarantee on their phones...... Needless to say, I am switching carriers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone I purchased this a month ago for my boyfriend and he likes the phone. Still getting use to it and all the features because this is his first smartphone. Its better then the flip phone he had and like the internet to look up sports and to add the app for his Fitbit works great

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Battery life I have had this phone for a week now and have tried two batteries, thinking the first one might be defective. Neither holds a charge very long at all, down to 40% after only 3 hours! I am surprised to see the high rating on the battery life... maybe I'm just having bad luck with it. If you buy this phone, you better carry an extra charger with you at all times and pray you are near an outlet when it dies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks terrible, doesn't work at all Well, to be honest, I never got the phone. I contacted Cricket, but I told them that I was on a "Pay as you go" plan which does not have a account number, so there's nothing (Except the number) to transfer. I used the numbers under the battery to gain access, but after 5 days, Cricket refunded me the money and said "You need to go into a store"...I think I need them to apologize for treating me so badly...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disharmony with LG Harmony I bought this phone a month ago based on the device description of camera, storage and screen quality. I am not happy with the photo quality at all, the images are not as clear as I am accustomed to. Also, the function keys are placed at the lower screen near the keypad, which make increases the "mis strikes" For example exiting out of a screen command is right next to the LG keyboard setting key.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone I needed a phone that was an upgrade to the LG Risio, but I didn't want another really cheap phone, but I couldn't afford a really expensive one. I settled on the Harmony. So far, it's been great. I can install more than two apps (Risio had awful storage), and I get better service in my area. This is the most expensive phone I've owned, but I'm happy with the price. Good phone for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CRICKET ROCKS GREAT EXPERIENCE! Two weeks ago, I attempted to buy two of these online, and port my number from my current carrier, twice. Cricket cancelled the transaction both times for an unsuccessful port. However, my current carrier informs me that the port was successful, and blames it on Cricket. When I called Cricket [several times!], they blamed it on my current carrier, and referred me to a Cricket store to attempt the port again. When I went to the store, the store rep informed me it wasn't her problem, and they didn't even have the phone I wanted anyway! Now, the minutes have run out on my wife's phone with the previous carrier, yet her phone still works. I'm anticipating the same for my phone, since neither Cricket or my previous carrier wants to take responsibility for a messed up port transaction. So, thanks Cricket - looks like I won't have to pay for cell phone service anymore! CRICKET ROCKS!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far ok I brought this phone 3 weeks ago, everything has been going good so far. But for some reason my phone keeps cutting off and won't come back on when I push the on button. So I have to take the battery out and then put back in. Then push the on button and it will come back on. Also its been freezing up last couple days. Battery life is awesome and the screen size and how clear it is good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good phone for the money We have had the Harmony for almost a month. Not a lot of internal memory left after it comes loaded with all Google stuff, which you cannot get rid of.Does NOT Allow you to move most apps to external sd card. Also, does NOT have any notification lights and will only wake up from locked for a phone call, not a text, so you haven't clue if it is locked if you are getting a text.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Phone I really like this phone. I upgraded from LG Escape 3. I was tired of the Escape always running out of battery, and being really slow. The battery life of the LG Harmony is a lot better! Harmony is a little faster also. The only downfall is sometimes my apps randomly close out. I wonder if that is because of Android software or because of the RAM. Over all I am very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone This is my 1st smartphone, so I don't have anything to compare it to. My wife and kids have Samsung Galaxy S5 phones and so far, this LG Harmony does everything their phones do. The battery lasts all day...granted I'm not one of those people that is messing with it all day. I paid $10 for the phone when I switched from Verizon and it has exceeded my expectations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent phone I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago. It's not a bad phonefor what it is. I'm going to be trading it in for a different one, as this doesn't have many of the features I (as well as so many others) use daily. The Wi-Fi on here is weak! It won't pick up my box if it's sitting on it! I would continue to use this phone if I didn't have specific needs for my usage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointing This phone is extremely laggy and slow, even after removing all the useless bloatware that came with it. The speaker sound is low, and they typing keyboard has some serious issues. I hit one letter, a different comes up, having to go back and re-correct it. I'm very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for my needs! Bought three of these phones. Great features, easy to use. Just having a problem with dropped calls and "emergency calls only" or "no network available" messages when using it from my home. Cricket is looking into the problem I'm having. Otherwise the phone is great. I just hope this problem can be resolved so I can continue with the Cricket service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone! I have had this phone a few weeks now, and have been very satisfied with all the features. I did purchase a 32G sdcard to add to it, to accommodate additional apps and pictures. Great phone and great price! Only feature I could say that I have negative comments on is the volume button. Sometimes I unintentionally lower the volume when handling the phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the BEST Phone Unlike iPhone! I received this new LG phone a week ago and tried to operate it for the first time. Was not pleased to see the ads every time when I logged in the phone. iPhone has no ads at all! I will return this phone and upgrade to a better quality phone without ads.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the money Battery life is real good, I get two days on standby, features are good, I was using a Motorola Droid Maxx, the LG is not as good a phone but the price is about half also. It has all the basic features, so far it works just fine. Love the addition of the micro card slot and removable battery, that is a great feature. would I recommend to others, yes

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent phone I do like the fact that it has good amount of memory although bloatware takes up a good share of it.Also battery life is very good. The flaw I discovered in it is when I listen to music apps or the FM radio it will constantly stop playing after about 20 minutes and I have to start the music again which is a disappointment since I use them a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Budget Phone This is my first android phone (I'm a reluctant Windows Phone transfer because I couldn't upgrade to a new WP model), and it seems pretty solid for a budget phone. I currently don't have any issues with it. Call clarity is good, pictures are good, performance is good, and battery life is good enough for what I use it for (mostly for business).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love the phone I have had this phone for a few months now, I had to replace the galaxy core prime. I love it and have not had any issues with it.The battery life is really good. The display is great. I have had a hybrid case on the phone since the day i got it so i am not sure about the design. this is a good phone to have and at a very reasonable price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone for the price! I bought this phone a couple of weeks ago to replace my old ZTE Speed. It's been a great phone so far. It does come with some bloatware installed on it, there are apps to get rid of that. Battey life is good, somedays I work long days from 5 in the morning until 9 at night and I've alway had at least 20% battery at the end of the day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's alright We've had these a couple months, upgraded from the problematic stylo2. The camera is slow, it doesn't take clear pictures at night. My husband is already having issues with his playing videos on YouTube, they pause to show the play button. Not great for sound. If I could I would forever have galaxy grand prime, that phone was awesome!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not what i expected this phone would access files, call numbers that I was not dialing. it would also erase the numbers as I was trying to dial. I would not even touch the phone it would do crazy things on its own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice phone, good featutres Purchased for my wife, who hates cells, but working with it for e few weeks now she likes using it for her social media and other phone features. So far looks like it's a winner and she'll get lots of use out of it. Would recommend phone size, features and price make it hard to turn down. Oh, the camera isn't bad either. Get your own

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Phone I chose this phone mainly due to the release of Android it uses. I was a little skeptical that I would like it based on several of the negative reviews. However, I've found it to be an excellent phone. The only nit is that I like having an app button to keep the phone desktop from being cluttered and that's lacking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok phone for the money Bought this phone about 4 months ago. Its a good phone has lots of apps. Camera pretty decent and recording not that bad. The only problem i have with this phone is when i talk with someone, the phone cuts out. The person on other end, cant hear half my conversation. Thats the only annoying thing with this phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this phone and Cricket service I just switched over to Cricket and purchased the LG Harmony and am very happy with both. The LG Harmony is the perfect size, bigger than my previous phone, but not too big. It was very easy to set up and use. Cricket ported over my previous number within minutes after activation, and the service has been great.
