Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good battery. Really nice camera. I picked this up a month ago to replace my horrible HTC Desire 626 that would die in 2 hours and had blurry video. This phone does the trick. Battery isn't as amazing as they make it seem, but it will last you a day of continuous use. I don't think I've ever had it go below 50 percent. If I know I'm going to use it all day (12 hour shifts) I turn power saver on and I'm usually at 70% at the end of the shift. Video is in 1080P which looks amazing as I video tape weekly BJJ moves at my academy. Storage space is limited at 16gb. 8 of which are useable. If you use a lot of apps that require internal memory, this isnt the phone for you. I only use the usual FB, IG, Waze, etc so this isn't a problem. I wish LG let you use the SD as internal memory to alleviate this issue. All in all I am satisfied with this phone for $130. I recommended it to my brother who also got one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't Hesitate After recently deciding to stop buying the newest Samsung everytime it was released, i decided to save $$ and purchase the Charge. I was drawn to it because of the MASSIVE battery life initially. After using this phone for a month now,, i kick myself everyday for buying phones that were 500 to 600$$. The ONLY thing this phone doesnt have is NFC capabilities. Like i ever used that..... Lightning fast, great sound, ridiculous battery life, awesome camera and huge screen. I use my phone A LOT for work and personal use. Never skips a beat. Works just as well as the S7 i got rid of.. At a fraction of the price. Charges just as fast, and actually holds charge longer. Runs multiple apps flawlessly. (I have maps running in background all day) Get this phone, you wont be disappointed....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellentl Phone!! This phone is amazing! I can't believe it's not some expensive phone! The battery life is incredible. I used it all through a concert.I didn't charge it when I got home...and still had battery life left! It takes great pictures too (which is important to me)! I read some complaints about battery space and I haven't had a problem at all. I did add an SD card to move stuff to. Its really easy to move apps to store on the card! I definitely recommend this phone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wanted to like it, but I just don't I bought this phone two weeks ago because of the camera and battery life. Pros: *Internet and apps are great. *Texting is clear *Lots of storage capabilities *Video features are user friendly. Cons: *The battery doesn't seem to be anything special *Almost all of the pictures are blurry. It's a weird pixilated type of blurry that I have never seen before. I have tried cleaning the lenses, adjusting settings, etc. It's the same. *The speaker phone only picks up directly in front of it. If I put it on my shoulder, the listener can't hear me at all. *The speech also cuts in and out, both on the speaker's side and the listener's side.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful phone and terrible customer service I bought this phone and within 8 days wanted to return it. It's slows. Apps lag. Can't play an game and talk on phone at the same time. Screen consistently goes black. Kicks you off apps. It's a terrible phone. Let's not Starr on the front camera which is pointless. Whomever designed the camera did not put much effort into it. All I wanted was to return this phone and get another phone. Cricket customer service was awful because I called in on the 8th day and not the 7th and was told I needed to buy a new phone and would not be able to return the terrible phone I have which I think is unfair. I now hate the phone and cricket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone! I've had a lot of smart phones, and this is my favorite so far. It's not expensive and the camera could be better, but for the price this X Charge functions quick and flawlessly. If you're not really a picture guy, like me, then this phone will not disappoint you. And the battery life on this thing? Absolutely incredible battery life! I've watched hours on end of videos and played games, and even after staring at this screen all day, I didn't even work the battery below 65%....still haven't! I can unplug this thing from the charger at 5am, and still have 100% charge 4 - 5 hours later!...without use of course! Every phone should have this battery in it! Very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 100% love this phone I just got this phone four days ago and it's absolutely perfect. Perfect size, great screen, incredible battery life, and it gets better reception than my old Cricket phone (a one year old Lumia 650). I could go into more detail, but I at least wanted to add my praise for anyone considering this phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WiFi Calling is excellent Phone is a little large, width wise, but was the only phone so far that had WiFi calling capability and enabled for any prepaid service in my area. Pictures are good, display is nice. Sometimes the calls sound "boxy" or "digital" but they still work. Better AT&T coverage than with my H2O plan. Phone lasts at least 2 days- even with a lot of use on apps. Very happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect phone, cricket just needs to fix reception Perfect phone for the price - incredible value I can't gauge how well its reception is because cricket doesn't fix the problem in the Menifee and Murietta area even though it's a big population here so I can't comment on how Good the reception would be on this phone because I hardly have any Battery life is excellent Screen quality is good not as good as my iPhone 6s Plus but for the price it's a bargain The photos are not too impressive but get the job done good enough

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very Nice Phone This phone has been doing good so far had it a couple weeks. Everything I want to do has worked out well. Especially the WiFi calling. I go visit my mother who is 87 yrs old and even have an outside antenna attached to a signal booster but that only gives her cell service in one room [ she has a metal roof on her house]- also it someone sends a Text Msg her booster drops and needs rebooting. The wifi calling was excellent and it worked seamlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone amazing battery Had this phone since the day cricket store got it in stock. Had a ZTE grand x3 for a year and half before this phone. Its amazing I can for pretty much from 6 am till 530pm and the battery doesn't go below 95%. The only minor complaint I have is the brightness of the screen. The auto brightness does not adapt as well as the ZTE did. For the price you really can't go wrong. Didn't feel like spending $700 for a Samsung and very glad I didn't. Don't think twice if battery is a consideration this is the phone for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Phone/Just like the iphone! Hello, I purchased this phone about 3 weeks ago, and I am very pleased with it. It is set up like an iphone pretty much. I have been an avid iphone user since the first iphone ever came out, and I love this phone. It is very similar to the iphone. Very good phone for a much cheaper price. I would recommend it to iphone lovers. The only problem that was not like the iphone is some apps take a longer time to download onto your screen, so just do one app at a time. The best part of the phone is the battery, it is truly awesome, it will most def last you more than 2 days!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lg X Charge Just bought this phone to replace my previous LG. This phone has surpassed my expectations! I can unplug it from the charger at 6am, not plug it in all day and still have 35-55% battery at 10pm! My previous phone, I couldn't have more than 2 apps dowloaded due to space. The X charge is completely opposite. I have 17 apps on this phone with no issues! So far, I'm loving the X Charge. Definitely recommend trying it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend Bought this a couple weeks ago. It has been a great phone so far with no problems. Only complaint I have is that there is no notification light but I can deal with that, especially for the price. All in all I highly recommend over the more pricey droids out there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I found a phone that doesn't... ...die after a day of use! And it runs ALL day without needing to recharge. I watch movies using data & wi-fi, and there is seamless transition. -- The phone is big and so is the display. -- The bloatware uses little more than 1/3 half of the 16GB. We'll see how long I have 'til I have to store items on the SD card. -- Call pickup is good. Wish it could get a signal in elevators or the parking garage. -- Its no problem actually using the phone. (Calls, pictures, apps, etc.. exhibit an ease of use.) -- The phone is not compatible with all VR software. Which might be a problem for some. But that's not why I bought the phone. So, its not THAT big a deal. Overall, for the price, this is a good phone. I don't need all the bells and whistles which I probably wouldn't use. LG stepped up its mid-level game with this phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long battery life I got this phone a month ago and I'm very impressed. My old phone was running out of battery life in hours, but this phone still go for 2 days on a charge with a lot of heavy use. It loads fast and I haven't hit any glitches with it at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Slow freezes often and dull fading color My hubby bought me this just for the wifi calling bc i have horrific service where i live. I had a alcatel idol 3 n i miss it! So anyway the wifi calling n the big battery is only good things about this phone. From day 1 it is slow n lacking, freezes here n there n its a brand new phone. Cameras not great either, my Alcatel was SUPERIOR over this phone n LG is usually fantastic. Save your money ppl. Only thing special about this phone is the wifi calling which i reallly need but the phones so bad i am probably going back to my alcatel oh yeh n it did not come with a operations booklet?? And the color will fade n come back n fade right before my eyes as im typing sometimes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth, fast, thin. Awesome Battery I have used the X Charge around three weeks now. I am not a fan boy of expensive phones, I just want to text, surf and use a few simple apps. This phone replaces a hundred dollar LG that was about the years old. I searched hard for a smaller phone but failed to find one. All in all, the X Charge has been an excellent choice. It's nice that I no longer have to clear out files in order to run simple updates. Call quality has been excellent. Network coverage on the AT&T/Cricket system had been at least as good as the old Optimus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best LG phone I've ever owned! Great buy. Ive owned several LG smartphones thru the years and this is by far a superior phone. I have a moto 360 2nd gen smart watch and i have to have a phone capabe of running it all day. This phone does the trick. And its a lot peppier than the x power that i had. Best bang for the buck if you ask me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone for a great price! This is a really great phone...build quality, sound quality are all fantastic! If you're looking for a top-of-the-line, max specs phone, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a mid-range phone with great performance, then this fits the bill. There's no NFC and it's not really a phone for gamers, but other than that, it's great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disapointed The internal storage is only 16 GB, and more than half of that is already used up out of the package, in just a couple of weeks I was getting messages that my internal storage was used up, I couldn't update emails, couldn't download any new apps, instead I was deleting apps left and right. Bought an expensive SD card to increase the internal storage only to find out that the X Charge doesn't let you transfer apps and functions to the card, only can use for picture and video storage, so a waste of more money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good charfe Love this phone bought it in 2016 December first time but gave it away now that cricket is unlocking phones for free after 6months. So I rebought it this is 2017 version front camera was some with flash. Same as other one batteries excellent and android never let me down I got everything with this phone. Just the price at cricket is no good they should consider current loyal customers and gave a break not charging more and other things the sucks from cricket is the 25 dollar for activation more money they don't appreciate loyal and longevity clients. Otherwise works great. C

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone!! I've had this for a month now. The battery life is amazing and the camera is fantastic. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great battery, build, and WiFi calling Bought this for my wife when her X Power broke (roller coaster mishap). Its better than the X Power in almost every way...faster CPU, more RAM, and if you can believe it an even LARGER battery. WiFi calling was certainly another major selling point as we have spotty coverage sometimes in our home. But there are a couple of cons to be aware of: 1) The camera is supposed to be improved from the X Power (more resolution as well as better low light performance), however I'm not entirely happy with the results from it. It seems there is some sort of aggressive noise reduction resample happening that makes the photos look like they are rendered out of paint daubs. This is more apparent when zooming in / printing, and worse the lower the light. It's particularly bad when using the selfie camera, where even in moderate light it looks like some sort of smoothing filter is on. I'm starting to wonder if the "low light" capabilities they touted for this handset were because of software noise reduction and not actually because the hardware sees more photons per pixel. I read up that other LG phones do this as well, and it was a major complaint on the G4 at least. However, it seems that G4 users could at least turn the camera to some sort of "pro" mode and record RAW, which circumvents any processing like this. I see no feature on the X Charge, and I haven't found a camera app that can get around it either. In good light it seems to work well enough, however in dark environments I think the X Power seemed to have better quality images than the X Charge, even if only because it doesn't seem to have such aggressive smoothing. 2) There is no notification LED. The X Power had one, so I assumed this would have one too. Weird that they'd make this one bigger and throw more specs into it yet remove such a simple thing. 3) This is more of a personal pet peeve: I liked the size of the X Power better. My wife and I don't like super giant mega-phone sizes, and anything 5.5" and up just feels like they are trying too hard to make it a phablet. The smaller X Power actually sips less juice when the display is on because the screen is smaller, which makes me wonder if the larger capacity battery in this model ends up being much of an advantage at all- it probably balances out if not ends up being a little less capacity. With a case, its harder for her to hold than the 5.3" Power, and especially to use one-handed. I think the X Power was a perfect size, its a shame they had to change it. 4) Wifi Calling is hit-or-miss. I thought Wifi calling would be the solution to our home coverage issues, but she is still dropping calls sometimes. I'm guessing it has to do with struggling between iffy coverage and our home internet. We do have a lot of connected devices in our home, and I'm wondering if the Router isn't very good at prioritizing network traffic for her phone calls. Meanwhile, I think it keeps trying to connect to the towers in our area, which are degraded, and dropping the call during the handoff. Turning off WiFi results in occasional dropped calls, and then turning on Airplane mode and only enabling Wifi w/calling ALSO results in occasional dropped calls, which may or may not be due to the router. So at the end of the day, this didn't solve our problems. :/ But I guess its no worse than we were before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone with a large screen I am moving from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to this phone and I am very happy with my choice. This phone was only $50 with number port and us full of features. The screen and size is considerably larger than the S5 but this phone will last 2 days on a charge versus 3/4 of a day on my S5. The screen is a bit less crisp as the S5 and the interface takes some getting used to versus Samsung but well worth it for $500 less. I got one of these for everyone in the family (5 people) and had no problems with any of them except my wife's occasional comes off do-not-disturb mode.
