Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Depends What You Value Pros: - Great camera - 2 day battery that can be fully charged under an hour - Large screen - Android Nougat (current android software) Cons: - Poor build quality - Poor speaker - The display isn't AMOLED LG obviously had to make sacrifices to keep this phone a good value, if you need a pretty phone then this isn't for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont buy it I bought this phone about a month ago. It was okay up until my internal storage became full amd i needed to insert an sd card. Well only to find out that an sd doesnt work in this phone. There is no way to transfer your files(pictures) to the sd card. So basically when your phone storage is full, u have to go to a computer to put your files on a card. And your phone just basically quits working, cant use any apps. Text messages stop coming in. notifications stop working. Its not a phone for parents that love to take pictures of their children.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone, great price Before this phone I had a Samsung Note 4. The only advantage of the Samsung is the screen. The LG has amazing battery life, great reception and a very reasonable price. No regrets switching to Cricket from T-Mobile or purchasing the LG

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best battery and does everything you need! This phone has a better battery than all the iPhones and 800 dollar Android phones, has all the features, great camera and everything you need in a good phone. Why pay for those top money phones when you don't even use half the the features on them, best phone I have ever had for the money, stop wasting your money on those expensive phones when trust me this is all you need and the best phone, best price and every feature you could possibly need!!! I highly recommend this phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone! I bought this phone to replace my daughter's iPhone 5c. She wanted a bigger screen and one with better sound. This phone definitely has it. She loves it. And it has a huge battery that last her easily 2 or 3 day :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Zippy phone performance with unreal battery life The phone's performance for basic tasks is really good. I rarely encounter any slow down when using apps, listening to music, or streaming video. I'm not super sure how good it works for gaming, the specs seem a little under powered for a lot of the higher end mobile gaming. The Battery life on this thing is unreal. If I'm listening to podcasts and using my phone a lot through the day, it's usually still got near %60 battery still. The thing charges really quick too, even without the quick charger. The big drawback to this phone is the camera. It's absolute garbage. Don't let the megapixel count fool you, images come out with high amounts of digital noise unless the lighting is ABSOLUTELY perfect. Even with good lighting, the images seem kinda washed out and unimpressive.. I don't really use my phones for cameras very often so it's not a huge deal, but if the camera was a little better this would be perfect. Call quality is pretty good/decent. I moved from the LG escape 3 and the call quality on that device was definitely better than the X charge. The size of the phone is a little unwieldy. My large hands struggle for one hand use with the phone. I prefer a little smaller phones, but I really wanted the huge battery. Also 16GB is the base level of storage on a device now. It would've been nice for it be 32 GB.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality for more money I'm not sure whether it was the phone or Cricket's service, but my wife’s voice would cut out where the other person was unable to hear, even though she hears them clearly. I was assured that I would get a full refund if I returned within the 7 days, but I only got back the money for the phone, not the $25 upgrade fee. So, I paid for an upgrade, but am still using the old phone. Seems the $25 is associated with each phone, so shouldn’t this amount be listed on the price of the phone or at the very least be clearly stated on the receipt that the $25 fee is non-refundable?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Power that Lasts is the reason for the phone. If you want a phone that does not need to be charged often, this is the phone for you. It is Wed afternoon and my phone is at 29% the only time it has seen a charger since Monday morning is on the 25 minute commute to & from work while hooked up to Android Auto navigating and playing music. I have used it heavily enough each day that a normal phone would have run out by 8 pm. The Wi-Fi gets signal well. The only drawback is the camera does not perform well in low light or in scenes with a wide variety of light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I charge my phone less often After using this phone about a month, I clearly am spending less time charging it. Very convenient, although I've noticed that it's a little bit heavier than my old one, due to the larger battery size. I don't mind the bit of extra weight at all, compared to how reassured I feel particularly when using the phone for navigation. It's a very nice size, with a clear, responsive screen. I'm very comfortable with LG features and found it very easy to transfer my info from my old LG. Nice price from Cricket, too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a decent phone, but could use improvements If you're considering this phone, you're probably looking at it for its battery life and its value proposition. If these are your two primary concerns, this phone will not disappoint. Initial battery life is about three days with 20 min. talk / day and 2 hour screen / wifi use. Unless you're on this all the time, you will be able to go all day on a single charge and then some. One area that could use improvement is the speakers. Both the front and rear speakers are tinny and weak sounding. Voices sound unnaturally high pitched and very sharp. If you will be spending an hour or more on the phone a day, I would look at another model. Another downside goes with the Android OS. Unless you are a google client, this phone will be clunky to use since many of the features involving e-mail and contacts really do work best with google client services. Better plan on getting a gmail account if you don't use it already. But all in all it is a respectable entry level model. I would recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cricket LG X Charge We got 2 of these phones a few months ago and love them. Great battery and overall a must have phone. The only thing is we had 64gig phones and now have a 16gig. So I need to purchase some SD cards for them. Other than that the battery is amazing and zero complaints. My wife can get 2 days out of hers and I get a full day plus on mine. You don't have to worry about taking a charger with you when you go to the store or work for the day. I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking to buy a new one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I've had this phone for abour five weeks now, and everything is running great. A full charged battery lasts me at least four days. Cricket is great to work with as well. This phone has everything I need. Be aware that it is pretty big, I can't usually hold it in just one hand. It is an amazing phone for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beat the price for the screen size I found this phone more comfortable to hold in one hand than the LG Stylo 3, which is the same height and a tiny less wide. It's a little heavier but feels more solid. The only two features I miss are a message notification LED and a fingerprint unlock sensor. Otherwise the X Charge delivers everything I need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The LG X charge I bought this phone after careful consideration ans research into what was on the market that would best serve MY needs. The LG X charge was just the thing!!! so far I can't disparage a single feature on this Phone!! I absolutely Love it!! Promised my wife I'd get one to replace hers as soon as possible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LG X Charge - A classy, Stylish Mid-Range Phone The LG X Charge is a very decent mid-range Android Smartphone. It has a very nice 5.5 inch HD display, and the 13 MP camera takes very clear shots and photos. It holds all the key features that have set LG apart from the competition, keeps the basics of LG, and is comfortable to use and watch entertainment, or use personally. The battery life is excellent and can last me on average use 1-2 days. Overall, remember this is a mid-range phone. This phone will not carry all the neat features and potential High-End and Flagship phone's do. However, well worth the price you pay for it. Key Features: Excellent Rear-Camera 5.5" HD Screen Long battery life All of LG's Classic features, updated Cons: Finger Print Scanner/Power Button that most 2017 phones now have Earpiece while on phone listening seems scratchy or fuzzy in random calls Speaker isn't as loud, or the best sound quality

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Horrible Pictures I've had the phone about a week after replacing my previous LG phone I cracked the screen on. Everything is fine except the camera. I've tried using other photo apps, the camera will NOT focus well on anything and takes too long to process the photo. I'm really upset because I regularly use Instagram for both personal and business use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New LG phone So far so good, I am liking my new phone, the battery life is great, and the pictures are so much better then my old phone. The only problem I have that I have found is the incoming calls are not the best, hard to hear the person on the other end. All and all a really good phone, glad I made the choice

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this phone except.... I bought this phone as an upgrade to my LG G3 and it is definitely an upgrade, especially the battery. My only complaint and, this is my fault for not being more tech saavy, is that I still can't see all of the snazzy tricks on facebook. You know, the ones where you type in a word or phrase and something magical happens? I suppose I'm going to have to suck it up and go all out with my next phone. Otherwise this has been a great phone. Camera is fantastic for the price point as are all of the other features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finally to use apps! I bought this phone one month ago because my Windows phone died. I've been able to transfer mostly everything from from the Windows phone to my LG. I am able to get apps that were not compatible with my previous phone. The only thing I miss is the ability to receive and answer texts through the Bluetooth in my car. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
