Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nada del otro mundo. Esta bien el teléfono pero es más chico que el grand prime y viene con muchas App que no se usan y si dejan muchos malware. El widget flashlight está escondido pero si la encontré porque trae otra pre instalada App que no está muy funcional.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good phone but could be better I bought this phone to replace my previous phone. I like the screen size and many of the features available on this phone. The things I do not like are the GPS and phone reception is not as good as my previous phone. The phone does not always ring for an incoming phone call. The vibration of the phone is not strong enough to always feel it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The phone in general Samsung are the best phones but I think they should get more phone updates because the phones are better because the Galaxy amp prime is good but not as good as the other galaxy phones because the newer ones are too expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent phone I purchased for one thing Samsung is a very good brand, as for my battery life i work in construction etc so i always have to send & receive emails & picture text, & i use the GPS always not to mention with all of that to & from work while at work i use a app 8 hrs day for music my battery has not hit lower than 49% after 2 days of not charging it 5 stars, the camera is front & back view you can turn on & off the flash excellent pictures etc, the design is thin so i suggest purchasing a anti shock case for it some where if your in my kind of work the 4gLTE network it is on well it speaks for it's self the phone over all performance well it great i purchased a extra 32gb ram card for it just in case that maxed it out well needless to say it comes with 16gb of onboard ram it is excellent, there is other reviews dont pay any mind to them it is the best i spent in a long time enjoy your phone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Bought this phone for my wife after her previous Cricket Samsung phone died. I bought this because it was similar to her previous phone. So far it has acted like her previous phone with a few nice updates and more internal memory. One of the apps installed by Cricket does run ads on the home screen which is annoying, but I can't figure out which app it is. Set up of the phone was very easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality On the positive side, I like the 16 G so I can get more apps. Photos are okay. Unfortunately, this phone weighs nothing, which leads to a cheap feel. The sound quality is terrible. Everything sounds fuzzy unless using the blue tooth. The battery runs out quickly. I was going to return it, but I needed a phone that weekend. I will tolerate it and swap it out sooner than I planned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The phone is great, some features and apps I didn't epect It is easy to work with and the included apps are great, a couple I didn't expect, like a decent file manager. The amount of storage is good and with an SD card I don't have to worry about running short.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the worst smartphone I've ever owned I feel like I got duped into buying this phone. I wanted to replace my previous one and just kept getting talked up about how much better it is. The first thing I hated about it was the texting format. The emoticons are ridiculous. I hate them. It's that stupid green android blob. You can't send video through the app either. I downloaded other apps with good emoticons and capabilities but then I had to delete other apps to make room. I only downloaded maybe 10 apps before I had to start juggling which to keep or not. So many apps that I would never use in a million years and I'm stuck with them. When I pull up the home screen, random apps open.. I added an SD card. Didn't help much at all. I can't play games on this phone unless I take down FB/messenger or Instagram or some other thing I use constantly. the autocorrect is the most obnoxious I've ever encountered. No matter how many times I use certain words, they get replaced. "in" become "I'm" and "Live" becomes "Love" and so I send very awkward texts at times. Anyway, I hate this phone and wish I'd never gotten it. I don't reccoment it for any reason unless you're boring and have no interest in expression or entertainment

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst decision ever! I bought this phone and changed to Cricket wireless 2 weeks ago. I bought a new Samsung phone and I have not downloaded any apps. From Day One, the phone has endless Samsung Push Ads thet pop up pver 50 times a day. I have tried everything to disable the push ads or delete the program. I have called Cricket wireless 4 times and Samsung three times. Cricket customer service will only tell you how sorry they are because that is all the customer service agent will give you, a big fat sorry sorry sorry. Samsung tried to help me but again it will not go away. I hate this phone. The pop up unauthorized push ads created my Cricket Wireless and Samsung will never go away. It locks up my phone everyday and I constantly have to reboot the phone. So much for am inexpensive phone and horrible phone service. unbelievable. Don't buy the phone unless you want endless unauthorized push ads. Would not recommend the phone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just right for me I have had my Samsung "GAP" now for a year and just like any other phone I've experienced hiccups here and there, but I absolutely love it! I started out with an Android from cricket yrs ago and really enjoyed all the features it had to offer. I had switched to the Apple IPhone 2 yrs ago and had it for 1 yr trying to give it a chance due to reviews and all the hype and I will never get another iPhone again. I had a hard time navigating it and just wasn't right for me. So switched from iPhone to Samsung GAP and it has been my best phone yet. Internet, social media, music, calls and etc run very smoothly and is great quality for it's price. With it being 4G and just all around badass phone I get service better than my family with iPhone. Whether on the lake, camping, valleys, road trips whatever my phone has always had the better service. This phone is definitely one to look into if shopping around for a new phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can you hear me??? Worst phone ever! STEER clear! Storage space is well there is cant update anything. The SD CARD you install I'm not sure what it holds exactly but certainly not your apps and also have to load all my pics to Google. Auto correct as you csn see is ci stably changing my words. Also keyboard jumps around when typing!!!! No one can hear me when I call out at all now! If you had an emergency and called out you would be dead. Pictures are horrific! You wont be capturing any great real time moments. Delayed emails, text messages if at all...sync needs to be checked often. Wifi I'm always being kicked off of at home and PUT back on LTE..that didn't happen w my Samsung 6 also battery is down to 17 percent from 6am to 10am and def dead by noon....between this Samsung and my Samsung 6 w the battery issues of losing battery and nit keeping a charge after ownig that one for only 7 months and paying 650.00...Safe to say Samsung is losing GROUND....AND I WILL not BE GOING BACK to Then..hence I didn't stop 700 for their new galaxy 7...this phone is below SUBPAR

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for Price I bought this phone this past summer/fall after my Idol 3 broke. I could not afford another so I bought a refurbished Prime. The sound and image quality is definately reflected in the price compared to the Idol 3. However for the price it was worth the purchase. Now half the calls I make, the other person can not hear me so it's time to purchase a new phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Phone is junk This is the absolute worst piece of junk Galaxy I've ever had. Save yourself the headache and get literally any other phone, because you'll want to do what I'm going to go do as soon as I submit this review... Take it outside, and pitch a fast-phone towards the sidewalk so its shattering apart will bring some sweet, sweet retribution for its junk quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for the price I've had this phone for about 6 months and everything was great in the beginning. Has good pic quality and sound, but tends to freeze up on games and on the keyboard when I'm texting. Also if I Google a business and push call the people on the other line can't hear me and i have to hang up and redial. Thinking about switching to an Lg.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value The phone is a great value. The one thing I am sad about is the availability of cases for the phone. I was also disappointed about the fact that it did not come with the ear buds that the Samsung galaxy S4 did. The screen has great resolution and the battery stays charged for a long time especially with the ultra power saving mode.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Phone I bought this phone when it first came out and I love it! Easy to navigate and holds a good charge. My kids watch Netflix on it all the time, I tend to play games a lot , and I have lots of social media platforms that I frequent. It serves the purpose for me. I have been a Cricket customer for 12 years, and I recommend this phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great entry level phone Great phone for the price and did not come with a lot of apps so you get the most out of your 16gb storage at start. Only problem is you have to make sure to close opened apps because it does slow down your phone a little bit. Also the camera is pretty bad lol. Other than that this phone is pretty solid for the cheap price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone for the price This phone definitely isn't at the same performance level as my older S5 or my new S7. But that said, I needed a personal phone for a 2nd contact number, playing a few time killing games, and as a backup to my work phone. It does a great job and I like the same look and feel of some of the higher end phones I have used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tons of space for apps. For the price grade phone processing speeds good internal memory is sufficient for tons of apps and for continued software updates this phone will last a long time with exchangeable battery use of external memory for pictures allows for continued use great deal. Not a good camera so take pics with different device.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had better phones I had this phone for a little over 2 months, and while the quality of the calls were good, the phone itself is not very good. About 2 weeks ago, I started to have to turn on the speaker phone, as no one could hear me on it. Then yesterday I got up and found that the screen quit working. Was not a happy camper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great phone for the price! I have only had this phone for a couple of weeks and i love it! It has amazing features, extremely bright and clear screen, great audio and i love the picture quality! I had an HTC one m8 before switching to this phone and they are very similar other than the huge price difference! I highly recommend this phone!
