It's simple. It's safe. Just set up Auto Pay in My Account or in the myCricket app, and we'll automatically charge your credit or debit card for your account's service total each month.

Same Payment Each Month

Unless you change your plan or add new features, your monthly service total will be the same each billing cycle.

We'll Text You First

You'll receive a text alert the day before we charge your Auto Pay card. We'll charge your card one day before your due date. Cancel anytime.

Please note: If you turn Auto Pay on fewer than three days before your due date, you'll still need to make a one-time payment for your current month's service. We'll charge your Auto Pay card starting with your next month's payment.

How do I turn off Auto Pay?

You can turn off Auto Pay in My Account online or in the myCricket app. Just look for the Auto Pay "off" link on the overview page or home screen of the app. Then follow the steps to turn off Auto Pay.

How do I know if I'm eligible for the Auto Pay credit?

To be eligible for the Auto Pay credit, you must:

Be on a qualifying Cricket plan (starting at $40/mo), and
Not be receiving a Group Save discount or promotional rate plan discount.

How do I know when my first billing due date will fall?

When you activate your service, we'll start your monthly cycle. Your first due date will fall approximately 30 days after this date (depending on the number of days in the month).

When will my Auto Pay card be charged?

We'll charge your card one day before your due date. We'll send you a reminder text the day before we charge your card.

When will I receive my monthly Auto Pay credit if I'm eligible?

Your Auto Pay credit will appear in your account at the end of each billing cycle (as long as you turned on Auto Pay within seven days of your due date). We will credit your account before we charge your Auto Pay card.

How much will I be charged each month?

The cost of your monthly rate plan and features will not change unless you manually change your plan and features. With Cricket, there are no surprises or overages. You can expect to pay the same amount each month.

I have an account with multiple lines. Can I use multiple credit cards for Auto Pay?

No. Only one credit card can be used for Auto Pay. This card will be charged for the entire account's monthly service total the day before your due date each month.

What payment methods can I use for Auto Pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, gift cards and prepaid credit cards can't be used for Auto Pay, and Auto Pay payments can't be debited directly from your bank account.

Can I change my due date?

Yes. If you want to change your due date, just call or chat with a Cricket Support Advocate.
