Cricket Celebrates "Serve Customers First Week"

 

This week is National Customer Service Week or as it’s known at Cricket—Serve Customers First Week. Serve Customers First Week reinforces our commitment to keep the needs of our customers top of mind, as we work hard to deliver great service and create exceptional experiences.

The Cricket frontline Sales Teams, Customer Care Teams as well as the many Authorized Retailers that represent the brand, have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to always deliver personal, effortless and inspiring service. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, where staying connected has never been more critical, our employees have stepped up to support and encourage each other while providing the award-winning service our customers have come to expect and value.

So how did we show our appreciation to these amazing individuals—especially when many are still working remotely and practicing social distancing? Rest assured, no one was left out of our week-long “thank you!”

Our Cricket employee teams, and Customer Care team members were thanked by leadership through video and email messages. And they, along with our Authorized Retailers, were also reminded in ways big and small that Cricket couldn’t serve its customers without them.
