How do I make a payment with the myCricket app?
Tap Payments on the home screen. Follow the prompts to enter your credit or debit card information.
Can I add or change my features with the myCricket app?
Absolutely. Just tap More, then select Manage Features. You can add and remove both monthly and one-time features.
Where can I find my usage data?
Tap More, then select Usage.
How can I review my transaction history?
Tap Payments, then select the View Billing History link.
How do I turn Auto Pay on or off?
Tap the gear icon to access your Account Settings, then tap Auto Pay. Hint: It's located under "Payments"
How can I update my personal information?
Tap the gear icon for Account Settings, then select the information you would like to update.
Once logged in, how can I change my password?
From the homescreen, tap the gear icon, then scroll down to select Change Password under Security.
- You will need to enter your current password and then a new password with at least eight alphanumeric characters, including one lowercase and one number. It must be different from your last five passwords.
If I forget my password, how do I reset it?
Tap Forgot Username or Password? on the login screen. Follow the prompts to receive a text message with a temporary password that you can use to log in and create a new one.
How do I reset my voicemail passcode?
Tap the gear icon for Account Settings. Select the phone number associated with the voicemail passcode you'd like to change. Then tap Reset Voicemail Passcode to receive a text with your temporary voicemail passcode. Use this to access your voicemail and reset your passcode.
How do I contact customer support?
Select More, then scroll down to Support & Contact. You can communicate with customer support from within the app. You can also call customer support by tapping on the number.
