- When you're ordering new wireless service online, choose Transfer My Number and enter the phone number you wish to transfer.
- At step 3 of checkout (Transfer Number), you'll need to enter the required current wireless account information. Be sure to enter it correctly the first time so that your current carrier can process the request.
- If we can't confirm your transfer immediately, we'll work with your current wireless company and email you when we have an update.
- We may ask you to come back to the website and provide more information or correct inaccurate information.
- Please check your email in case we need you to take additional steps.
We'll ship your new phone or SIM card. Once it arrives, you will be able to activate your service and complete your transfer.
