 Where do I find my AARP member ID number?

You can find your member ID number on your AARP membership card or on the address label for your AARP Magazine or Bulletin.

How many discounts can I use?

Five discounts per member ID every two years; only one discount per line of service.

How often to discounts reset?

Two years from the date of redemption (per line).

I'm already a Cricket customer. Can I take advantage of the discounts?

Yes, you can add a new line of service or upgrade the phone on an existing line and apply your AARP member discount.

I've only used 2/5 of my member discounts so far. Why can't I use another one?

You can only use one discount per line of service every two years. If you have a two-line account and you've already used two discounts, the only way to use another discount is to add a new line of service to your account. Discounts reset two years after redemption, so your two lines will be eligible for discounts again after two years.

I'm having trouble verifying my AARP member ID online. What should I do?
