  • For accounts with multiple lines, you must change the plan and features for each line individually.
  • You can only change your plan twice per billing cycle.
  • Our $30/mo NEW! plan is not available through the myCricket app at this time.

Please Note:

  • All Cricket plans starting at $50/mo (including grandfathered plans at $50/mo and up) already include unlimited calling and unlimited text, picture, and video messaging (SMS and MMS) to and from landlines and mobile phones in Mexico, Canada*, and the U.S., plus high-speed data access while traveling in Mexico or Canada. (Speeds reduced when you use up your plan's high-speed allowance. Primary usage must occur in the U.S. Calls, texts, and data usage while in Mexico and/or Canada cannot exceed 50% of total usage.) View important details.
  • As of October 28, 2016, the $50/mo Smart plan now features 8 GB of high-speed data access. If you're an existing customer on a Smart plan with 5 GB, just upgrade to the new Smart plan to get more data at no additional cost. Change your plan easily in My Account online or via the myCricket app.

Ready to change your plan?

Just follow the step-by-step instructions below for changing your plan in My Account or through the myCricket app.
 

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. You'll see a summary of your current bill and plan.
  3. Under Your Lines, select a line. (Tap the blue arrow.)
  4. Then under Plan, select Change Plan.
  5. Select a plan using the Add to Cart button. Keep in mind, you can only change your plan twice per billing cycle.
  6. Review your plan information, enter your credit card information, and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  7. Select Submit.
  8. You'll receive payment confirmation on the screen and via text message.

 

Note: You may need to update the app to the latest version before making changes to your plan.

  1. Open the myCricket app and sign in. You'll see the account summary page.
  2. If you have an account with multiple lines, select a line.
  3. Under Line Details, tap Change Plan.
  4. Enter your four-digit PIN (if prompted) and tap Next.
  5. Select plan you'd like to add, and tap Select Plan. Keep in mind, you can only change your plan twice per billing cycle.
  6. Review your plan information, enter your credit card information, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  7. Review your plan information and select Submit.

You'll receive payment confirmation on the screen and by text.
