Yes, you can. You are eligible for upgrade discounts on select phones every 365 days and phone trade-in deals. You can add your $200 upgrade credit to other upgrade deals you qualify for after you’ve completed your $5/month payments for 24 months.
 

You must be enrolled for 24 months

If you remove the feature before completing 24 monthly payments, you will lose all progress toward your $200 credit. Any payments you have made will not count toward a future reward, and your eligibility for the $200 credit will be reset.Once the feature is removed, your progress cannot be recovered.

If you cancel after 12 months, you will lose those 12 months of progress and will not receive any credit.
