We are confirming the name on the ID matches the name in our system.
Any time your account information is accessed in a Cricket retail location, an ID is required. Examples include:
- Bill Pay
- Add a Line
- Feature Addition and Removal
- Rate Plan Changes
- Account Information Changes (name, address, email address, passcode)
- Bill Pay via QuickPay
- New Account Setup
- Accessory Purchases
