Here's how it works:

After you select your new device, you will be directed to apply for ‘lease to own’ in the phone payment plans section.

If Progressive Leasing approves you for a lease, select your phone(s) and accessories online at cricketwireless.com or at a participating Cricket Wireless retail location.

Customers who want to purchase a phone or device for $149.99 or more can include the phone and other devices and accessories to their lease with Progressive Leasing.

A $49.99 initial lease payment** is required at purchase. All subsequent lease payments are made directly to Progressive Leasing. The initial payment may be lower depending on promotional offers but will not lower the overall cost of leasing.
Your payments will be scheduled based on your pay date. However, payment frequency is flexible; you may change your payment frequency to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
To save on leasing costs, there is a 90-day purchase option (3-month option in CA) as well as other early purchase options available. However, the standard agreement offers 12 months to ownership. Early purchase options cost more than the retailer’s cash price (except 3-month option in CA). To purchase early call 877-898-1970.
You own your leased phone(s) or accessories once you make all your lease payments.
You can cancel your lease at anytime by returning the phone and/or accessories to Cricket (within seven days of purchase) or to Progressive Leasing (after seven days).
Please remember, your lease is with Progressive Leasing, not Cricket. You will pay Progressive Leasing for your phone and/or accessories, and you will be billed by Cricket for your service plan.

Important Program Information:
Ownership by rental/lease agreement with Progressive Leasing costs more than the retailer’s cash price. Select items only. At anytime, you may purchase early or return merchandise and cancel lease. Not available in MN, NJ, VT, WI, WY.
Progressive Leasing obtains information from credit bureaus, but a credit history is not required. Not all applicants are approved.
