Visual Voicemail
Make sure to save your current voicemail messages before they’re deleted on the date stated in the text messages we sent you. You can save them using Visual Voicemail on your iPhone® or Android® smartphone.Follow the steps to save any messages up until the date stated in text messages we sent you. Once your new mailbox is available, use device support to learn how to set it up.
iPhone
- Open the Phone app, then tap Voicemail.
- Tap the message you want to save and then tap the Share icon.
- Choose Save to Files, Voice Memo, or tap the Notes icon, and Save.
- Select the desired action: Messages (text), email, or AirDrop if you want to send the message.
Android: Samsung, LG, and Cricket Visual Voicemail app
FYI: Steps may vary with each device or app.- Open the Visual Voicemail app.
- Select the message to save and then choose the Share icon or Share in the three-dots menu.
- Choose how you want to save or share the message: text, email, cloud drive, WhatsApp, Messenger, Secure Folder, Notes, or send to another device.
Google Visual Voicemail: Google smartphones Pixel 6 and later
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap Voicemail.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Choose a desired method to save or share the message: text, email, or cloud drive.
Basic and Enhanced voicemail
Your stored voicemail messages will be deleted on the date stated in the text messages we sent you. Make sure to review your messages before that date since they can’t be saved to your phone.Once your new mailbox is available, use device support to learn how to set it up.
