Payments for Cricket Wireless services are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
You must return or exchange your device using the original purchase method.
If purchased online, devices must be returned by mail. Please call or chat with a Cricket Support Advocate for help.
If purchased at a Cricket Store, they must be returned or exchanged at that same Cricket Store.

For online purchases of new and reconditioned wireless devices (purchased at www.cricketwireless.com), Cricket provides a 7-day return policy - beginning on the date the device is received - in which you may return a qualifying wireless device.
