  • You must return or exchange your device using the original purchase method.
    • If purchased online, devices must be returned by mail. Please call or chat with a Cricket Support Advocate for help.
    • If purchased at a Cricket Store, they must be returned or exchanged at that same Cricket Store.

Device Returns & Exchanges

  • Cricket provides a 7-day return policy - beginning on the date of purchase - in which you may return or exchange a qualifying new or reconditioned wireless device purchased at one of our Cricket Stores.
  • For online purchases of new and reconditioned wireless devices (purchased at www.cricketwireless.com), Cricket provides a 7-day return policy - beginning on the date the device is received - in which you may return a qualifying wireless device. To return a device purchased at cricketwireless.com, please call 1-800-CRICKET.
  • Certain devices may include return requirements that are different from this Return Policy. Any differences in return policies will be explained at the point of purchase.

Device Return Fees

  • A fee of up to $25 may be applied when a device purchased at a Cricket Store is returned (except where prohibited).
  • A fee of $25 will be applied to all devices purchased online at www.cricketwireless.com and accepted for return (except where prohibited).
