How to Enroll in Cricket Protect:

Sign up online, visit a Cricket store or call Cricket Care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) within the first 45 days of activating or upgrading your device on the Cricket Network.

Download the myPhotoVault app, which allows you to back up your favorite photos and videos securely. The app automatically backs up your media, freeing up space on your device.

Download the Asurion® app to access your benefits and start enjoying myExpert support immediately.
Note: Customers in New York who wish to add Protect must visit a Cricket store or contact customer care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or 611 from your Cricket phone .

Terms and Conditions
Important Information for Cricket Protect

Covers loss, theft, damage, and post-warranty malfunction. Coverage is for the device and battery and if part of the loss, charging cord and SIM.

Unlimited number of claims; max device value of $2,500 per claim.

A non-refundable deductible or service fee of $10 / $40 / $75 / $130 / $250 applies per replacement claim, based on device. $0 repair deductible or service fee.

Replacement devices may be new or refurbished of the same or a like kind and quality model. Phone color, brand, model and features may be different. Compatibility of accessories is not guaranteed.

Program communications, including legal notices and terms and conditions, will be sent by electronic communication subject to the Electronic Communications Agreement.

By enrolling, you agree to program details and terms and conditions, which contain binding arbitration. Terms and conditions will be sent within 30 days.

Cricket Protect can be canceled at any time, and you can earn a prorated credit for unearned premium/charges. You can cancel through the myCricket app, by visiting a Cricket store, or by calling Cricket Care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538).
