Do I need a new SIM card once I arrive in the U.S.?
It depends on your current carrier, your plan, and whether your phone is unlocked. You likely won’t need a SIM card if your device supports eSIM (embedded SIM) or if your plan already includes roaming. However, purchasing a new pSIM (physical SIM) card may be a viable option if your plan doesn’t include roaming.
What’s the difference between SIM and eSIM?
